E. Z.Ashram Yoga has been an amazing place to end our New Zealand trip. The people running are full of joy and very organised, the yoga classes went deeper spiritually than what we were used to in the UK and the location is a paradise. You can relax, meet interesting people, read and find silence. It felt like home! Oh and the food was pretty delicious too. If we can, we’ll definitely come back.

Atma and the ashram team are so friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. The food as amazing and accommodation clean and comfortable. Highlight for me was the Yoga Nidra with Shanti Murti. Can't wait to go back!
L. W.A very special place to practice meditation, yoga and have the space to go within, off to another 5 day silent retreat and i can’t wait. Great food, great location, lovely teachers, there is a lot to gain from silence.
