J.Emma gave me the best massages for over 8 years, always working out my niggles. Her greatest feat was treating my shin splints just before I ran a marathon! I loved Emma’s Yin Yoga class. She talks you through every step and gives you options depending on where your flexibility is at. To me Emma is a genuine practitioner, living and breathing her true self.
S.I had a lovely 90min massage with Emma recently and had a wonderful experience. She seemed to instinctively know how much pressure to use so that it felt equally relaxing yet restorative depending on the areas she worked on. She was very friendly and we had a lovely chat at the start of the massage and afterwards, yet I appreciated her allowing me to fully relax into the massage and enjoy her lovely playlist after our initial chat! I will definitely return on my next trip and can highly recommend her. Thanks Emma!
S.I’ve had the pleasure of being taught yoga by Emma and receiving one of her craniosacral treatment. Emma has such a depth of knowledge about the mind, body and soul connection and has a fabulous way of weaving these together during a yoga practice. Her yoga classes and treatments are like no other and are a must!!! Do yourself a favour and book in for an online yoga class or treatment - you’ll not regret it!!
V.I have been a yogi for a while - mainly Mysore Ashtanga. After a catch up with Emma, she invited me to try Yin Yoga. Being a dynamic flow Yogi I was not sure if the slow and mindful style of Yin would suit me. However, I fell in love with Emma's Yin classes! She is such a knowable, fun and easy going Yoga teacher that I take my hat off to! I am amazed about her skills and knowledge she brings to each class (which is never the same!) and shares her knowledge about yin, the body and takes very much care that everyone is looked after and doing ok. What I loved about Emma's yoga style was that she regarded each person personally, seem to know what poses would suit one person to another, making changes and adjustments if one could not do the pose but still getting the benefit out of it. Looking forward to connect and catch up again Emma! We miss you terribly here in Taupo!
N.Emma is an incredible yoga teacher and massage therapist. She is well educated and passionate about all that she does. Emma has been a huge part in keeping my ‘mind and body in check’ for many years now 😊 A true master in her craft. Thoroughly recommend her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💗
J.Thank You Emma for treating our dogs with Bowen Therapy. Our Airedale Jack had spondylitis and Emma provided relief, both dogs reacted positively when they arrived at Emma’s practice - so that’s always a good sign that something is working.
I also received Bowen treatment from Emma - highly knowledgeable, everything seems to come from her heart and we totally trust her experience and skill.
J.LetMeYin yoga classes are perfect for me. I appreciate the great communication, Emma's style and pace and her expertise. She seamlessly bridges the gap so that an on-line class with her is now my preferred option with all the covid issues rather than a group session. 10/10 in my book
