G.I've been going to Karel's Classes for nearly 4 years now. He's an inspirational teacher. The classes are small which allows Karel time to adjust each student, as a beginner you'll be inspired by the more advanced students. If you want a great workout for your body and mind get to a class, you won't regret it.
