W.I can honestly say that Belinda is by far the most professional, caring and articulate health practitioner I have ever met. I have had knee issues due to my sporting career and Belinda has given me the freedom to continue on and lead are more comfortable lifestyle pain free. Her follow up process shows that she really cares about people. Belinda is someone who puts the patient first and her loyalty and dedication is genuine.

I've seen dozens of different therapists over the years and once I found Belinda my search ended. She has a warmth and caring nature that's really welcoming, while she takes time to understand and feel what's happening below the skin. If i have a sore area it unusually takes her less than 1 minute to find the source and begin treating it.
So many massage therapists just go through the motions, Belinda at Body Balance actually has the skill and training to customize the treatment to my needs.
N.I have been going to Belinda for a year now. I had feet problems and frozen shoulders and with her needling and cupping therapy I am at my best. I go regularly to maintain a healthy body and the service Belinda gives is 100% the best and professional. I love going to her each week!

A work colleague suggested going to see Belinda and OMG………best decision ever. Helped me so much. I love that she concentrates on more than just the areas of concern but everywhere that is connected.
