Hera is awesome.. She change her methods to suit my need every time I visited her. I alway felt better after each session. (I was so scared of needles before I met her)

Hi I would like to highly recommend Hera for her healing abilities and sound knowledge of how our body's work. She has a sixth sense when dealing with you as a person and not only looks at the injury you have but anything else that is troubling you. She treats you with respect and kindness wants to help more from her heart than the money. She is worth every cent and more because she will get to the problem of pain and fix it. If you have any ailments which have been going on for years and you have been from doctor to doctor I recommend you pay Hera a visit. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain as she will get to the bottom of the problem quickly. She is not the type of consultant who will get you back time and time again to take your money. When you are OK she will let you go. She is a very rare find in this type of work and I am very glad I found her!! I have been going to see Hera for Cosmetic/Facial Acupuncture. After every session I notice that my skin looks much plumper and have had many positive comments about my skin “glowing” and have very few lines on my face. Hera is a very kind and caring person and I have really enjoyed getting to know her.

I have been going to see Hera from Boutique for over a year on and off for Cosmetic/Facial Acupuncture. After every session I notice that my skin looks much plumper and have had many positive comments about my skin “glowing” and most people are surprised to learn that I am 40, saying I look much younger and have very few lines on my face. Hera is a very kind and caring person and I have really enjoyed getting to know her and receiving such excellent treatment from her.

Hera is amazing! I have been coming to get acupuncture on my sprained and fractured ankle and the pain has virtually disappeared after only just a handful of sessions. Her acupuncture has also helped with my digestion, headaches and circulation. Hera is so talented and comforting, and the clinic is hygienic and clean. I definitely recommend the boutique and Hera!

I have been seeing Hera at the boutique for a few months now. I originally went for a running injury but Hera has given me acupuncture treatment that has helped to heal many other injuries and pain in the rest of my body too. My first time having acupuncture too and Hera made me feel totally comfortable!! The price is really affordable too :)

Incredible service! I went because of an old shoulder injury that restricted the joint movement and was constantly painful, and after the first couple of sessions regained full movement and the pain decreased exponentially. The acupuncturist Hera is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and effective. Always goes above and beyond to treat the issue, and explains everything she is doing and the reason why. The chiropractor Sasha is also super effective. She had done an incredible job not only on my shoulder but my back and neck, have never felt better. And John the manager, he is always on top of your appointments, sending you reminders and making sure the appointments go smoothly. Totally recommend!!!!

The team at The Boutique are incredible healers. I've been going to The Boutique for years and I swear by Acupuncture. Hera is so thorough, methodical, informative and right on point! If you get migraines, this is the only cure. Sasha in Chiropractic is amazing, so informative also and fixed my shoulder with the long term healing and the over all body in mind. John makes every effort to fit you in and get you the best appointment time available. I love the reminder texts and communication, otherwise I'd never make it to my appointment! I always feel SO AMAZING after visiting The Boutique! Thank you guys!

I went to The Boutique for acupuncture for stiffness/pain in my neck and shoulders. After my first session I saw improvements, and after only a few more sessions Hera had released the tension completely. She is able to pinpoint the exact the areas to work on very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hera.

I have been going to The Boutique for acupuncture treatment for nerve pain in my neck and shoulder. Hera is a professional that knows her job very well. She knows how to find all your sore points and makes sure you feel comfortable and at ease during the treatment. After 5 sessions of acupuncture my pain had significantly eased. I have completed two sessions with Hera and I appreciate how she looks at my body as a whole and wants to fix the problem. After many bad experiences I have been hesitant to try a new place but I am glad I have because after session one I slept better than I ever have. I am so very grateful to Hera who has helped me with my aches and pains and all sorts during the time I was seeing her, Hera's so incredibly knowledgeable and shares this in a way that you totally understand and can put into practice pretty much right away. Hera is incredible. I was referred to her by a friend after a chiropractor (from somewhere else) said I needed dry needling around one specific muscle... immediately Hera said no I will treat your entire body not just one muscle... and wow... massive reduction in pain in areas I have been hurting in for years. I have had acupuncture before but it was nothing like this. Treatment with Hera involves unraveling things that you had no idea were contributing to the issue you initially went in there with. Within a couple of sessions I realised my posture had improved dramatically (I went in there with a sprained rib but her holistic approach resulted in my entire body benefitting). I think I'm addicted now becuase her acupuncture is so relaxing, her massages so strong and the cupping- wow. I had no idea my body was so tight. I 100% recommend her no matter what your ailment- I bet you she can help

After I injured my ankle I decided to try the acupuncture to help me recovering. Hera did an amazing work and I could feel the difference after only 1 week of treatment. She did a very good job and she is very professional. I would definitely recommend The Boutique 😊

I found The Boutique online and I am so happy that I did! I have been seeing Hera (acupuncture) and Aleisha (chiropractic). I had never had acupuncture before and I was really nervous that it might hurt. Hera is amazing, her attention to detail and kind nature make getting acupuncture such a nice experience AND it doesn't hurt at all! I was getting really bad migraines and had back pain and this has helped so much! No more migraines! Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Hera is a wonderful acupuncture therapist! Initially, I was quite reluctant to change therapists after the previous owners left, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised by how relaxed I felt afterwards. I suffer from constant pain from a past shoulder injury and can barely sleep through the night, but after a few sessions here I feel so much better. Hera takes a holistic approach to your well being, not just your injured/problem area. Definitely recommend! 10/10!

I had injured my lower back at the gym and was in excruciating pain. The team at the Boutique provided me with great chiropractic and acupuncture treatment which was amazing. Alyshia the chiropractor and Hera the acupuncturist/ owner have been so accommodating and caring during this process and managed to treat me effectively so that I could travel on a long distance flight. Definitely recommend this place. Amazing results, with central location and good prices.

The boutique & Hera was recommended to me by a friend. It has been a great experience having treatment from Hera, I was struggling with Achilles tendonitis and now it has improved a lot. A friend referred me to the Boutique after an injury. I've never tried accupuncture before and luckily I decided to try it. Hera is amazing, the loveliest lady but most importantly she knows exactly what she's doing. I am now pain free and she is my go to lady.

(Knee Injury, Toe treatment, acid Reflux) Due to my knee injury, I was suggested some exercises, sadly instead of these exercise helping me, it caused me more pain. I started having trouble in walking, sitting and it affected my daily routine. I have to take pain killer. One of my friends suggested me to try acupuncture. Because of the needles, I was really hesitant, but decided to try. I found The Boutique through web search, made appointed with Dr Hera Choi. At my first consultation, Dr Hera checked my knee, checked my pulse and she could see me having difficulty in walking/sitting. After my acupuncture sessions with Dr Hera, I started feeling the improvement, I could walk without limping. I am very impressed with Dr Hera's acupuncture treatment. She also treated me for gout and acid reflux. I am following Dr Hera's suggestion for good health. Dr Hera Choi is really friendly and caring person, she does know how to treat the patients and make them feel comfortable when they visit The Boutique. I have never written a review before but Hera deserves to be recognized, not only in Auckland or NZ but internationally No Joke! Hera really looked after me, her attention to every detail of my body to helping me understand what she was doing was absolutely legendary. No words can justify how good she is at her work, she is worth every cent spent! Legend!!

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for fat cavitation and the results were outstanding. I changed my eating habits to low carb and did daily exercise and also started at the gym. I lost 30cm around my waist in 5 sessions and 4kg in 3 weeks. Whilst having this treatment I discussed the issues I was having with menopause, hot flushes and night sweats daily, they recommended Acupuncture treatment. After two sessions and 4 weeks later I rarely have night sweats or hot flushes anymore.Even my partner has noticed the difference. My body feels more in harmony. It's the best money I have ever spent and does not require medications or expensive specialist. I would highly recommend anyone who is struggling with menopause to try Acupuncture at The Boutique as it really does work, they know what they are doing and are super friendly and helpful.

I went to Hera for neck, shoulder and back ache, after four treatments my aches were completely gone. Hera has a lovely personality and is very knowledgeable. I had an instant connection with her and won't hesitate to go to her if I get any other complaints in my body.

I would definitely recommend Claire for those who suffer from back pain or shoulder pain. Claire has been excellent from the first session and very helpful. Hera the acupuncturist knows her stuff. Completely loosened up my shoulder in one session - something that's bothered me for years. The lady who gave me a massage afterwards was AMAZING. Truly can't praise these guys enough. I've been to many acupuncturists over the years and yet none have been half as effective or painless as Hera. Her vast experience and incredible understanding of the body's trigger points is beyond belief. No matter your physical ailment she find a way to fix it and relief the pain. Immense.

One and a half years in New Zealand, and I had already spent more than 6000 dollars on doctors and hospitals without even once being told as to what is actually causing my continuous and repeated gastro-intestinal distress. To an extent that I had to be hospitalized more than 3 times in last 1 year. This time around, when it relapsed, I decided to search for alternative route. And that's when I came across this place. And Hera. The angel in the form of an acupuncture therapist. One month in, I am much better, much at ease, and am growing and progressing with every passing day. the Staff is super pro-active and helpful. I recommend this place for everyone who thinks western medication is B******T. Have faith, it is a slower process, but it is effective and sustainable.

I have been going to the Boutique, to see Claire for years. I highly recommend them. You'll find them top-notch, talented professionals. I've had a lot of aches and pains over the years--from sciatica, car accidents, and more and every time I leave the Boutique, I do so feeling refreshed and pain free. If you need an acupuncturist, want to try one or any of the other wonderful therapies they have on offer, give the Boutique a try. You won't be sorry!

Great place for Acupuncture near the CBD, as well as massage and chiropractic. I had a few great sessions with them recently and my back has never felt better. Throughly recommended - and so easy to deal with.

I’m a tradies called up hera book an appointment for acupuncture to fix up my back it was stiff after an hour feel like a feather was awesome .

I had the three step fat cavitation treatment at the Boutique and have really been enjoying my experience. The staff are really polite and the atmosphere is relaxing, clean and decorated nicely. Would highly recommend and hope to be back in the future for more treatments!

Bought a 60min massage deal from grabone and was relaxing, but they should make it clear that the first half is with a machine only. The machine was good and if some people are curious about it they should definitely give it a go, but I personally always prefer real human hands and I would like to have known that vital piece of info in the deal.

I highly recommend them! Very friendly talented professionals. After leaving the Boutique you really feel like your being cared and healed. 10/10 clean rooms, well organised booking times (with a friendly reminder texts) !!!! They're just great.

Booked an hour session of massage, in return got 25 minutes of hand on massage and the remainder 25 minutes they asked to lay down on a massage bed. It wasn't even a full 60 minutes session. Hand on massage was good but I won't be going back to this place.

Nice place, welcoming staff. I have done 3 steps cavi lipo sessions- highly recommend if you are trying to get rid of some extra weight. My cellulite and tight size reduced after 5 sessions!

The hands one massage was really good. That lady knows what she is doing and does a good job. However it was quite short compare to the heat rolling bed massage.

I am so happy with my Fat Cavitation results from Boutique. After just five sessions, I lost 10 centimetres from my waste and 8 centimetres from my lower abdomen. Watching what I eat and exercising never moved my measurements like this has. I am definitely going to continue and see what I can achieve with other areas too - such great value.
