a.After doing adwords myself for a while I was approached by Marketing Results who promised a better return on my investment. At first I didn't believe paying them a fee would get me a better return as I would rather use that money on my ads but they set it up so my ads are always on top and never down the side and my calls increased hugely after they started managing it.
