Can't recommend Darren highly enough. Knowing Darren from Fully Charged Media was a certified Google partner and an expert in digital commerce I approached him regarding some one-on-one training in Google Analytics and Google Ads as I felt the online advanced training courses I had done (through a different provider) didn't answer some of the more specific questions I had around the unique challenges and opportunities online advertising and data tracking represents for our business. The half-day one-on-one session really exceeded my expectations and Darren’s broad knowledge of these topics was impressive. Darren covered every area of the long list I’d asked him to cover and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. The advantage of being able to use my own Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts as examples were invaluable. It also means I now know exactly where to look when I go back into these accounts to put his suggestions into practice. Using the advice he shared with me during the session and the direction he has given me for our future campaigns I am sure I will be able to save our company thousands of dollars in the long run. I’m glad I went for the one-on-one option so we could really zero in on the things I didn’t know or could do better without having to cover all the basics. Prior to the session, I had also commissioned Darren to set up some conversion tracking that was too complicated for me to set up myself and he went above and beyond with this as well. He set up some conversion tracking I didn’t even know was possible and providing me with a comprehensive summary document of what had been set up that I could refer to when needed. The session was hugely helpful and great value for what I got out of it. I only wish I’d scheduled the training (and conversion tracking set-up) with Darren a year ago!
