Excellent service! This made selling my place privately a breeze. You don't need an agent in this market and I saved 30k+. Very responsive service and you have full control of everything, including how much or how little you want to market your place. They even offer add on like professional photography and auction services or you can keep it simple like I did. Great advice and nothing feels pushed. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend and hope this business grows!

We listed our property and achieved the first sale through PocketList. Scott and James provided us with all the tools to market and sell our home privately, even arranging a LIM. They organised professional photography, a drone video, a TradeMe listing and were very professional. The process was easy as our lawyers carried out all of the paperwork and saved us thousands on commission instead of going with a real estate agency. We got the price we wanted and it was bang on what real estate agents were estimating. We would gladly use their services again.
