g.I highly recommend John, who had been recommended to me via a friend. I had put off councelling for many years as previous people I had seen were either incompetent/unrelatable/cold - you get my drift.
John just knocks them out of the water, it's only been a few sessions, but already I can feel a positive shift, I feel like I actually look forward to what the future brings now. Can't wait to learn more tools to be a better human. I'm not hugely eloquent with my words so all I can say is thanks John, 5 stars to you!
