They weren't able to repair the zipper that had just started to come undone on my suitcase because it was too large an item, but 5 stars for nicely directing me to a shop that could. They not only gave me the name, but street address, which was very helpful. I will add that I wasn't sure I was entering the correct shop due to the two signs in front. One for a key shop, which it looked like from the window, the other for the shoe repair shop. Once in the door I could see shoes, etc, though.
