n.Friendly staff. I wonder would u have enough parking slots. But the facility is good enough and we'll maintained. The nurse and doctor who served me were so kind. I registered myself there with a GP. If you are a Sri Lankan, there is a Sri Lankan doctor there. So it is much convenient to communicate in the 1st language though how proficient you are in English, which still if a 2nd language anyhow.
C.Good GP service sometime has to wait but depending on service its worth to wait. Reception was not bad but one lady some days not good some days very well I guess some issue with her personal life but should not bring to work other than that place is very good for medicine.
G.Take no any notice of reviews criticising reception staff. I have recently moved to Chch and joined this Surgery, and have found all staff very friendly and helpful, (even though busy) whether in person or on the phone - indeed very professional.
L.Very professional and friendly warm receptionists. Dr's are wonderful. This practice has a nurse who can do other tests and is also connected to the pharmacy so filling out a prescription is easy and fast. The receptionist can send it directly to the pharmacy ready for collection.
My only concern is that it's fees are pricey and constantly going up. Reluctantly I might need to change if the fees keep going up.
P.Great helpful staff. They work later usually. Friendly and informative. Nice surgery. Great doctors. Warm reception. Wheelchair access.
N.Very helpful staff and nurse. Dr Kris is great. He found my nose problem that no other Doctor could tell me for the past 10 years, and I finally had surgery to fix the root problem. Can't thank him enough. I can finally breath better ♡
