Had xmas lunch there 21st December today. Walked in the table setting were beautiful 12.30pm buffet was cooked to perfection. Throughly enjoyed the main course with salad and dessert afterwards with a complimentary drink. Service was outstanding highly recommend if anyone thinking of next year. I actually joined up today so looking forward to more outings there.

Great food, half the price of most other top restaurant's, great service, by a lovely young man, leaves other clubs in the country for dead, would highly recommend 🙂

I enjoy this space, a thank you to the team there, but will make the following observations... The only thing that let this space down was the dress code, despite the sign that says there is a dress code, there was no evidence that they were enforcing it because they [probably] didn't want 'a scene'. 09-Oct-2021: Male greeter on reception on this Saturday night failed to get other people to sign in, it is their job, no point in having them on if they are just staring at a screen. We signed in to the RSA system and scanned too.

What a awesome RSA. The people were friendly and welcoming, the food was terrific and the decor was tasteful

Enjoyed great meal in the restaurant. Everything was spot on. Decided to finish off evening on. the pokiesAll good . Even had a small win which I took up to the window. Staff having a private conversation. One comes over takes my container. Gives me my money. All the time laughing and talking to co worker. There was not one word, smile greeting, or thank you to me. Some staff training badly needed.

Norfolk restaurant always has great friendly attentive staff, fabulous food for a great price in a friendly one big happy family-like atmosphere with the fellow diners. If a fellow diner suddenly starts singing happy birthday while strumming a guitar then everyone joins in the singing :)

Went for lunch today with our Whanau and the food was absolutely delicious and really good value for money and great selection.

Excellent, nice food and plenty of variety inc desserts, excellent prices plenty of tables & chairs, gaming area dance floor etc, fun to have raffles during the night, music and dancing, interesting memorabilia & proud to support & remember our serviceman, Lest we forget

I had the perfect cheese scone and Americano ... great snack on the run and good prices too. The atmosphere is still typical RSA ... an enhancement would be to create a snazzy cafe nook.

Food is decent. Prices are reasonable. Eat there often. Edit: Revised. Food has taken a downturn. The steak (porterhouse) was the fattiest piece of ummmm... stuff i have ever had. Didnt eat more than half of it.

The food was very good value for money, let down by rude staff.

Very reasonably priced buffet meal. Something for everyone - beautiful meats, great salads, hot veges & a great selection of desserts. Well worth visiting.

Never unsatisfied love the meals here and the fish is always fresh the freshness is always consistent never a let down I don't know how they do it, it's better than the fish and chip shop beats them all also love the entertainment keep it up Napier rsa

Just took a party of fifteen there today for lunch. Food fantastic as usual and staff just wonderfull. Everyone raved about their meal, how fresh food was,great variety and very well priced. Well done team.

A very nice place for a beautiful dinner. I had a sea food basket and it was yummy. A place to go for a great meal.

I had the chicken and bacon pasta but unfortunately the chicken was dry and over cooked and the whole meal was cold. We were a party of about 12 and 3 of the meals were either cold or only just warm.

Food good. We were there on a Saturday and it really quite crowded. Depending on where your table is.there can be people queuing right beside you.

1st Sunday of the month for some Ballroom Cha Cha Rumba etc dance. Just casual nothing too serious. 7pm start.

Called in over Art Deco weekend, the choice of food is quite basic, but plenty to choose from. Older facilities, found the staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money

Old school food done well. Extremely well! Fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. Personally I like more exotic fare. But I can go here with the kids and grandparents. And everyone gets a meal they enjoy. Great service too.

We were here for dinner, all you can eat for 25$ pp. We really enjoyed it, food was delicious. You can choose from many variations of meals.

Pretty good buffet for what you pay, bar prices okay and friendly staff

Great restaurant (that is open to the public). It is a buffet with cooked meats, veges, salads and desserts. Many of the desserts are home baked. There is really something for everyone, so you can't go wrong. Kids pay by the age. Highly recommend.

A great place to go for a Buffet Style dining. A great selection of food hot and cold. The soups are amazing. The Salads are fresh and tasty, the wait staff are friendly and accommodating. A nice selection of deserts, and great apple crumble. Nicely laid out with a pleasant atmosphere. Great location and ample parking, close to the CBD easy walk from the local Motels. No need to book for the Buffet. Highly recommended for young families, children under 13 dine cheap. Staff clear up regularly and are efficient and friendly.

We always enjoy having dinner here and this is our " Go To" when we have friends staying. The staff are friendly and the meals are consistently excellent.

Enjoyed family dinner in restaurant side, fresh food and very good range. Salad bar, 3 meat calvary, *only on weekend evenings* stanard deep fried range fish, chips, range of vege's and also has a dessert station with ice cream, also avaible range tea and coffee. Very enjoyable. Has a bar other side for a few drinks afterwards. Highly recommended.

We held mums 90th birthday on Thursday 11th January here in the evening which was a lovely evening. Saturday 13th January we went back with a group of about 22 to have a midday meal with everyone again plus mum. Enjoyable

Not treated equally as darker or locals. Even other drug addicts get looked after better and helped through hinengaro.. I was sent to a drug support crowd as I wasn't seen as having a mental health. I have CPTSD. Management are no good, front desk at hinengaro are great. Cant say all front desk workers are. I've been a client over 12 years and paid my way. I get better service from the not local workers eg not born in NZ workers... Tpt merged with hinengaro and they are far more supporting of me and my walk/ life! All the workers of tpt thank you so very. Much and the drs I've had as changed due to whatever it is, one pregnant
