K.Nice place to visit my mother in law. Lovely set up for cooking and eating in there as we took dinner in and sat in the shared dinning room.
G.The staff here are so helpful kind empathetic. Nothing is a bother, you matter. Everyone here for treatment, is in a fight for life, the caregivers too are working hard to help ease the fight. The facilities are amazing, rooms are spotless, the kitchen has all the mod cons, lounge is huge and so comfortable, so is the dining room. Most call it a home away from home, but to me it was better than that, I didn't have to wash my bed linen or my towels, winning.
G.The Ozanam House is a fantastic facility that is available for people who have to travel for medical treatment in Palmerston North. My mum had to use it early this year. It is a peaceful place that is well looked after. A true community gem!
D.A charitable trust. Catering for out of town patients who are undergoing cancer treatment at Palmerston North hospital. Very well appointed rooms with ensuite. Great staff very helpful and obliging. Self catering. Fantastic communal kitchen dining and lounge facilities and recreation room. Nothing is too much trouble! A great community facility! Please support them anyway you can.
B.Took a friend down to see through before her treatment. Was very impressed with all the facilities. My friend spent 6 weeks in Palmy and being able to stay here helped her so much. She loved the being with other residents and staff and raved about her "adventure ", thanks to all for helping her keep positive
P.For me Ozanam House is like a cross between a home away from home and a hotel. The staff are great and really look after you. There is plenty to do to keep you occupied. It is a friendly place to stay.
