Castle Cliff is a very special property - the views are just breathtaking! We had the most amazing week staying here. Every detail has been thought of, right down to the kids books and toys! So well appointed and amazing service. Would highly recommend!

We recently stayed at The Views via Relax It’s Done and wow it really does have the most amazing beautiful views! The house also was amazing. We are a family of 5 and the setup was perfect, the kids had downstairs and we had the beautiful master upstairs waking up to the beauty of the lake each morning. We loved the family games on offer and played these every night around the cosy open gas fire. It has been our best stay yet in Queenstown 😍 Thankyou! Julian, Michelle and family.

We received a very warm welcome and check-in service from Abi and her colleague. The heaters were already turned on and the outdoor tub was all set-up ready to be used. Bel Lago has fantastic lake and mountain view from almost every window. We love spending time on the huge balcony and dipping in the hot tub. The sauna room is a nice surprise! We had a very enjoyable 3 nights stay!

Castle Cliff is simply stunning! Perfectly situated to enjoy stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. Waking to the morning sun and relaxing in the spa in the evenings you simply never want to leave. Margaret and Abi ensured everything was perfectly set up on arrival. There is so much space available and the facilities at Castle Cliff are too numerous to list but the sauna, games and entertainment room, including pool table and bar were special highlights.

Villa de Luxe ticked all the boxes for our family of 4 - modern, convenient and comfortable for us all to rest and recharge while taking in the incredible view. Thanks to Relax its Done for great communication and making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. So good, we ended up extending our stay :)Totally recommend!

We were lucky enough to experience two Relax It's Done Luxury Holiday Homes during our stay in Queenstown in September 2019 for our Wedding. The Bridal party stayed at Lake Esplanade Villa and it was the perfect, cosy location to prepare for our wedding day. We hosted our wedding ceremony at Lakehouse Joela and stayed for several days afterwards with our immediate family. We could not have asked for a more stunning property to get married at. Having the ability to have our family stay and spend precious time together in this stunning House will be forever treasured. In the months leading up to our stay, the team at Relax It's Done were fabulous in helping us with any arrangements and questions - even going and creating a virtual tour on video chat for us to really see inside. The houses were both immaculately clean and well cared for. Key pick up and check out simple and easy and we loved the special treat of local wine and bubbles! We hope to visit again and perhaps celebrate a special anniversary in Queenstown. Lakehouse Joela will always hold a special place in our heart.

The perfect Queenstown home. Beautiful modern home with stunning views all around in the best neighborhood! Spacious, Elegant and comfortable. Perfect location to set out on adventures in all directions. Walking distance to town with many wonderful restaurants and shops and recreation.

Castlecliff Lodge is pure luxury and feels like a real home. The attention to detail in the furniture and interior details make this lodge welcoming and a place you don't want to leave. The views are amazing and every aspect of the property is top quality. A must if you are thinking of a trip to Queenstown.

I stayed at the Castle Cliff Lodge in Queenstown through Relax it's Done. Margaret and the team ensured our stay was very comfortable, right down to the little details - lights on when we arrived, chocolates in the kitchen etc. The house itself blew us away. It had all the amenities you could ask for, the media room was amazing, the in-house sauna and steam showers were well used and the views of the place are simply outstanding. Everything was very comfortable and well thought out. There is nothing I would suggest to add to this place. You have to stay here!

We booked two properties for our wedding in Queenstown last weekend and it was just amazing. For the boys I had secured sunny side vista property for my partner and his boys and they loved it. It was spacious and everything was immaculate. They did a bbq with family and friends while some used the amazing hot spa pool outside overlooking the hills. It was great there was an upstairs and downstairs as this came in handy when the kids wanted their own space while the parents were upstairs having a few cold ones. The rooms were big and the beds were super comfy. Everything you needed was right there with a manual to also guide you if you didn’t know where things were. I had secured Panorama on the Terrace and goodness the views speak for themselves. My girls and my family loved it. Plenty of room to entertain guests and also the rooms were spacious with their own showers and bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen was outstanding. Everything we needed right there. It was just the right place to bring in my new last name lol. They were both beautiful and I’ll definitely be back to book in future. Also Margaret you are AMAZING! From the moment we met you with a big hug we knew we had chosen right. You were amazing and guided us through both houses thoroughly. We appreciate you so much and thank you for being a part of our day x till next time x

Massive Thank You to the Relax It's Done Team Abi, Barbora, Margaret, & Especially Sarah! They were were so helpful & Awesome to deal with. Booking was so easy, & their Welcome on the day was warm. They provided a list of activities & attractions that helped make our experience of Queenstown be everything we wanted it to be. They also gifted us a lovely bottle of wine per house, which was sweet. We hired the Papillon & Queenscliff villas from 24th-27th January 2020. Both houses have Spectacular views, facilities, & amenities. The houses are tidy, spotless, & comfortable. It was precisely what we were expecting. All our guests were Blown away by what both Villas had to offer. We booked with Relax It's Done as we wanted to hold our Wedding Ceremony & Reception here. It was also a way to cover accommodation for some of our guests. So if you're looking for possible Wedding venue/ Accommodation options James & I highly recommend going with Relax It's Done. They Really are Wonderful!

Working with Margaret and the team at Relax It's Done couldn't have been easier. Margaret went above and beyond for us. The property we stayed in was exactly what we were expecting and more. We loved it so much we extended our stay by 4 days. This was the first time going through RID but it will not be our last. We booked Lakehouse Joela in Queenstown for our wedding in August this year. The house was absolutely stunning and beat all expectations! Best of all, the service we received from Margaret and the team at Relax its Done was fantastic, extremely helpful and professional. We will definitely be booking with Relax its Done again!

This was holiday was incredibly effortless and Simple to organise. From the first instance, “Relax it’s done” where in contact. Everything was faultless. From the initial communication about the property, instructions how to get there, what’s going on in the area, and finally meeting at the property on arrival. It was faultless. That property itself was immaculate, large, modern, and extremely clean. We stayed there with another family of four. So much room for all eight of us. We did have a small problem with the oven. We call the lovely ladies at Relax it’s done. They came and sorted it out immediately. (It was in fact something we had done, not a fault with the appliance) To sum up, brilliant service, beautiful house. Would definitely use this company again. .

Relax its done are a superb property manager. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. They simply could not have done more for me. The house we stayed at - Papillon is gorgeous. Amazing views, stylishly decorated and in a great location. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you.

Stayed at Queenscliff from October 3 to October 10. This is 5 star plus. I looked through several sites to find a suitable home to spend a week with our son, daughter in law and 2 grand children and enable us to all have our own rooms. Due to the downturn the local hospitality companies have suffered we didn't want to deal with any oversees companies and luckily came across Relax it's Done. What a great company to deal with and their recommendation of Queenscliff to fit our needs was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting space for an extended family of 6. A large living area plus Media room gave plenty of room to keep out of each others space. The master bedroom with its own lounge gave Helen and I plenty of room to kick back and relax. The spa came in handy to relax in and talk about what we had done that day and what was on the agenda for the next. Everything you want while you are on holiday is here although we didn't utilize much of it but knowing it was there was great and also knowing if there was anything we wanted or activities organised was just a phone call away. The little things like food storage containers that so many place lack, plenty of them here. Even though we had a bit of a hiccup as one of the bedrooms had some water damage a bed was put in the Media room for our grandson and we were more than happy. For our inconvenience a magnificent platter which lasted us for days plus a bottle of Pinot Noir and a Methode was left for us. More than I expected. I have recommended Relax it's Done to friends and family and if we are ever down this way again we will definitely look them up first. Thanks Sarah and your Team

Relax it's Done helped up with accommodation in Queenstown last year. Another couple, my husband and I shared an amazing house called Sunnyside situated in Kelvin Heights. The house was very luxurious with a glorious view of the lake and the location was perfect for our event. Thank you Sarah. You are amazing.

Our group of 5 couples spent a wonderful 4 nights at the Lakehouse Joela in Queenstown. It was just as amazing as the photos on the website show. The views were incredible as was the location and almost every room looked out onto the beautiful lake and mountains. The house was very well appointed, spacious and luxurious. The team at Relax it's Done were most professional, helpful and prompt with communications. We would highly recommend Lakehouse Joela and would definitely stay there again in the future.

It was amazing, the best stay that we have had in Queenstown. The view was breath taking and it was also very quiet. It was the perfect escape for us. The customer service throughout, keeping in touch and showing us around the place prior to the stay was all extremely well organised and appreciated.

The team at Relax it’s Done are a fantastic option for both a property management service and a holiday rental host. They have hosted a large number of our Everything Travel guest and do their utmost to make sure the clients stay is a special one. They regularly work with us to ensure the client experience is super, both in and out of the property. My family and I have stayed at Views on Tussock for two weeks two years running and plan to go again this year. The property is stunning. The house is fabulously appointed with comfortable furniture and everything you could wish for in the kitchen. The bedrooms all have amazing views of The Remarkables from every window. The balcony beckons you outdoors for breakfast. Abi and Margaret are outstanding agents. Both times we were greeted by a beautifull welcome note along with ideas on day trips etc. We requested the use of the spa which incidentally must have the best view in Queenstown, and this was switched on immediately, our problem with the internet was fixed within an hour and the girls kept in touch to make sure everything was to our liking. We just love this property in Queenstown. Well done Relax it's Done.

5 stars is truely not enough!! We held our very last minute Merger/wedding/elopement at Lakehouse Joela in June 2020. It was beyond any of the photos or videos I had seen, we got to have some of our nearest and dearest stay with us in the house and guests join us for celebrations pre & post the big day. I would gladly never leave Lakehouse Joela, we felt like kings and queens all weekend, made some incredible memories and had hours of tear jerking laughter! I cannot recommend Relax its done enough, Margaret bent over backwards and quite frankly performed miracles when I first contacted her 7 days out from the wedding! She was accomodating to all of my awesome suppliers and their needs, nothing was too much or too hard! I will be coming back to relax its done for the rest of my life! Thank you!!

“OUR INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH “RELAX IT’S DONE & CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU IN JULY” Before reading my review, I wanted say that every great thing you have read about this company is true -total Luxury all the way. I would know - as my family has used and will continue to use this outstanding company on our many return holiday trips to Queenstown. I have travelled all over the world, including my many years of travelling with The Seven Network and The Disney Channel and I can say, that this company cares about their clients, their wants and needs and definitely making sure that any concerns you may have are very quickly attended to. If you are heading to Queenstown and are following the trend of renting a Luxury holiday home , then I can without question or any doubt recommend, that you discover the stunning ranges of Homes, that Relax It’s Done offers, not to mention the 24 hour a day service that Margaret and Abbey and the team from the company provide. Sometimes I think that Margaret never sleeps. We first started using Relax It’s Done when our booking with a Boutique Luxury Hotel had our check-out dates incorrect and we needed a place to stay immediately. We called Relax It’s Done and discussed our situation and during peak ski season, they went through the homes on offer and our options. Once we agreed on a house, Maragaret told us that her team would head over to the Villa immediately and we could meet her there in 30 - 45 minutes....... Perfect, we went and had a coffee and a walk around the lake with the kids and then we headed to our new home base in Queenstown. It was incredible and offered everything that we were told it did. I loved the keyless entry, something I have in my own home and after several years using this company , most of their properties use this feature. A feature that is great when you are on holidays and offers great security, especially when you are travelling with 4 children and safety is one of your KEY concerns. For our Family this company provides stunning Luxury Homes and we arrive in Queenstown and we drive straight to our home away from home, with the bonus of Margaret meeting us upon arrival and making sure we have everything we need and letting us know that she is contactable 24 hours a day. Our most recent stay was at “LAKEHOUSE JOELA” , this home offers Luxury Luxury and more Luxury and of course you can not forgot about the stunning views of the Lake from so many rooms in the house. It suited my family perfectly, offering five bedrooms and space for kids to do their own things and we could all just relax after a day in the snow. We have stayed at “Lake Esplanade Villa” and “Papillon”, with JOELA being my favourite. All of the properties that we have stayed in are spotless, provide amazing hotel style bedding and all homes have taken security very seriously . As a mother this is always an important factor in where we stay. There are so many great things I could say about this company. Relax It’s Done, is the real deal. If you are looking for a property in Queenstown and you go to their website and choose a home or villa that suits your budget, when you arrive - everything you have read about the property will be there and more. It’s is like you know you are definitely going to be staying at a great place and then you arrive and it is even better than you could ever imagine. A fantastic holiday home, a view of the lake , being with your family or loved ones and being in Queenstown. I don’t often write reviews but when I do, I tell it how it is. If you are looking for a great Luxury Holiday Home, then give “Relax It’s Done a try or you can ring the girls and talk about what you are looking for in a home away from home. We will always use this company and will be in Queenstown again soon staying in an amazing home in a perfect location. When you are travelling with 4 kids, it is important to make sure that you have a great home away from home. We still stay in hotels, but we are using Luxury Houses more and more for space and greater relaxation . #Queenstown

Pure serenity! I’ve been to Queenstown multiple times and this place takes the cake. Queensclif has everything that you need and more. Comfy rooms with an en-suite and just a short walk down to the waters edge and if you don’t want to venture down.. the view from the spa was spectacular. Looking forward to our next visit to Queensclif.

I have stayed in Queencliff a few times and it was absolutely amazing not only was the property the best on the hill, the service you get from relax its done is incredible, they respond very promptly, no issue is a concern and the greeting on arrival makes you feel like home. I stayed at two properties managed by Relax It’s Done in 2017: Views on Tussock and Alpenview Villa. Both properties were excellent and I found Margaret and Abi from Relax It’s Done to be extremely professional, courteous and helpful.

Highly recommend "Relax it's Done". On the day of our arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome. Once inside we were gifted a bottle of New Zealand Red wine by Relax it's Done. A welcome text the next day to see how we were seattling in. Fabulous service! I have travelled a lot and only stay in five star accommodation, a lot of places miss the mark but The Sun Peaks Villa we stayed in was superb! Exceptionally clean and views to die for. All amenities you could think of are taken care of, plus some. Will definitely be returning and recommending Relax it's Done and Sun Peaks Villa. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
