Stopped by with my sister on way south. Had a fab cooked breakfast with local yummy sausages and bacon. Good generous servings and toast and wee jams and butters in a basket. As an artist I would love to get my hands on the decor... But it also has an easy comfy no rush feel to it which is rare these days. I've been twice now and it's our place to stop now for a cooked brunch enroute.

In the past theTeapot Inn has always been customer friendly and given great service to passing trade and to regulars. Under new ownership the customer has not lost a thing. A great food range from restaurant meals to takeaways. The Teapot Inn covers all bases between Dairy, Coffee and Restaurant. A great spot on the main drag just North of the Temuka bypass.

Very friendly little cafe with lots of quirky tea pots for fun. Basic fare, but tasty, and they will make a lovely percolated/filter coffee for you which is a refreshing change.

Best sandwiches I have tasted ever. loved the sign that said " because of covid the whole world is short staffed please be kind to those that turned up" That Says it all

Staff are awesome as was our meal for 2 adults and 2 grand daughters! Thank you all so much!

Great stop-over for lunch on trips north & south. Well filled sandwiches & nice cheese rolls.

This was a great place to stop on the way from Akaroa to Oamaru. We had a delicious lunch, lovely pot of tea and enjoyed some banter with friendly hosts.

Great location as you head around Temuka that you can't miss out on. The coffee is five star and I'd challenge anyone to find a better all day breakfast in Temuka. A must see is a wall dedicated to famous people who have stopped in.

Been calling in at the Tea Pot Inn for many years whenever I'm down that way. Always had a great feed. Seems like new owners now and nothing has changed. Very friendly and efficient.

Sunday roast $12..was enjoyable. Great staff...very welcoming. Clean and has toilet/space for wheelchairs - very accommodating.

I never pass through Temuka without a stop here. Great bacon, eggs, tomatoes, toast and pot of leaf tea for $18 or so. Fruebdly staff too. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommend.

The best thick shakes in the country.The staff are super friendly and a credit to their employers. Also have a great range of gluten free fish n chips. The best.Thankyou tea pot inn.We will always stop if passing.

Good food, staff, and atmosphere

This place is a wee gem. They will actually make you your choice of sandwich if there's none in the cabinet. Coffee is just as yummy as I make at home. Hubby enjoyed his hot chocolate too. We will be back again. Thankyou very much.

Great food and lovely friendly service..

Travelling home to Wellington stopped off at first cafe opened and was not disappointed. wholesome food. had poached eggs and bacon, perfectly cooked. and to die for white bait fritters. Coffee was well made with a tasty blend. Well done Girls will definitely recommend Andrea from Wellington

Great place to hold a meeting with a meal in Temuka. Had a lovely potatoes and veggies with sliced ham and a salad. Followed by a delicious self saucing pudding.

A good spot to break the journey for a bite to eat and a drink. It is a quitacential kiwi cafe. Next time I plan to have a crack at the white bait patties. People there are cheerful and welecoming.

Burgers are good ... but not sure about the apricot sauce in the chicken burger - not really a fan on the fake pattie or sauce
