W.I dealt with Stewart West for my first house purchase. Due to the high numbers of properties going to auction, it can get very expensive to just to look at a house you might not even bid on. Stewart understood and kept the costs low while we were looking. We got him to check around 5 properties. He did a really thorough job checking the pictures in the advertisement's looking for unconsented work, and looking back through old overhead pictures see around what year a deck had been added to a property. Overall a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. I recommended him to all my workmates.
