Really great service. They have been helping me pretty much from the beginning of my New Zealand immigration journey, navigating through various work visas to eventual residency. Very helpful, diligent and committed. Would thoroughly recommend. :)

Most of my visa applications have been processed by this firm. They are very efficient. Specially I would like to thank Shresthi for her professional service. Shresthi played a major role in getting my residence visa approved. They know what they are doing and I highly recommend them.

The Lawyers at this firm are very profession and efficient and helped us with our application during lock-down. All correspondence were prompt and precise. Special thanks to Vienna and Rachel for their professional approach, patience and thoroughness regarding our visa application which got approved just over a month. Highly Recommended My residency application was declined by immigration and i got disappointed and totally lost hope. My case was straightforward but was made complicated by previous lawyers. I then spoke to Akansha and Alastair, explained them my situation. From their team Rachel and Vienna drafted a petition and submitted to Immigration protection tribunal which ultimately led to reassessment of my case by INZ. Finally after 7 months and many back & forth emails residency was granted by INZ. Me and my family are really happy with the outcome. Thanks to McClymont and Associates

Writing this review, so that it helps others to decide. Last year, i was in search for an immigration lawyer to file my residence application. I visited a few noted lawyers and advisers, but i wasn't confident with their advice. A friend recommended that i should contact McClymont & Associates and that's how i heard of them for the 1st time. I contacted their office and they set up an initial free consultation with Aakanksha. After the 1st meeting itself i had made my decision to apply for residency through their firm. The entire team is concerned, very professional, well informed and updated with every small change from immigration and that is what i was looking for from a Law firm. Alastair went through my documentations and guided me through the entire process. Due to his vast experience, he only requested for relevant documentations and nothing more. My application was submitted in September 2019. I was informed of the processing time and was prepared for a long wait considering Christmas and New Year holidays. The team was following up with Immigration while my application was in process and in February 2020 i got a call from Alastair informing me that residency has been granted for me and my family. I can't THANK Alastair, Aakanksha and the team enough for the support and guidance they have offered for my application. Mcclymont and Associates honestly is the best, most helpful, intelligent and skilful immigration advisor’s I have ever come across. They puts in a lot of thought, time, and effort into the strategy of a case. They helps a client understand the facts and risks associated with the application and how we may be able to overcome these risks. My essential skills work visa application was so complex and delicate that even one single mistake would have meant that it is the end of my NZ journey. My visa application also had a lot of issues from the start as my application got declined on first place when i was with IMMIGRATION CENTRE and after 2 weeks of hard work, they submitted my file for reconsideration and guess what i got my visa approved for three years.I strongly recommend Mcclymont and associates for any immigration work because, after achieving the desired results in a super hard case like mine, I believe, there is no case he couldn't solve. I just cannot thank Them sufficiently and am genuinely grateful to Akansha for her help as she was in india when my visa application got declined. If you really want your visa application to be managed by a great, realistic, knowledgeable and supportive team, then read this review. I don't want people to be mislead by wrong reviews Mislead by some of the negative reviews, initially I was skeptical to go for Mcclymont & Associates, but at same time few positive reviews made me visit them to see how things are. To my surprise - within 5 mins of meeting with Aakansha I was certain to chose them as my representative and with time I realized all negative reviews were not true at all - A big thanks to Aakansha for her continuous guidance ( she truly understands how important visa is and never treats clients just as business - that is something amazing ) Thanks Ramya for her knowledge and getting me visa in just 4 days - yes--essential skills visa in four days Alastair- for always being there to supervise - his skills and knowledge is unmatchable. Hi i was recommended by a dear friend to mcclymont and associates and met some brillant lawyers AKANSHA,RAMYA AND KINJAL who guided me in every possible about correct documentation to apply for visa in such category .
