Excellent…fantastic service! My family and I were so privileged to have been introduced to Pacific Legal by our family friend. Such friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I have never seen such courtesy shown towards the service provided…..great personality. Thank you Mr Small and your staff for dealing with all our loads of documents and processes. You have made things easier for us. Despite the delays due to Covid-19, we were kept well informed up until the day we got granted citizenship. Praise God for he is good always. I have been in NZ for 21 years living illegally. For the past 6 years Pacific Legal took on my case to apply for my residency. My case was very difficult as I had no valid reason to be here as I am still single and all immediate family are still living in Tonga. I highly recommend this immigration legal service to anyone who is needing legal help with visas. Last year (Nov.2020), I was trying to get into NZ so I can quarantine for 2 weeks before getting on a repat flight to Tonga to get my kids. In a short notice time, I asked Richard for help and he turned in my visa on a Sunday/Monday online and I got my visa on a Tuesday and my flight was on a Thursday. Richard and Anaise were so helpful and very caring towards my situtation. I'm glad and grateful to have met them both in person. Such a wonderful couple. During the Covid19 all International Borders closed due to Covid19. I was stranded here in Manila, Philippines since June 2020 because there is no Commercial Flight to Tonga. The only commercial flight nearest to Tonga from the Philippines is through New Zealand. On January 2021 I needed a legal help to apply for a NZ Visa so I can enter NZ and quarantine before repatriated to Tonga. It was an urgent application and a very short time notice. A Tongan Mother whom she had the same case as me recommended about Pacific Legal. Pacific Legal then agreed to assist & advice me in my case. I was thankful for the the trust and effort that you have done for my Visa despite the urgency and short time notice. It is now approved which I can now travel to New Zealand. Liliani Maafu, a Columban lay missionary and a Tongan national, had been stranded in Manila since July 2020. We tried repatriating her but there were no flights at all into Tonga. Upon the advice of her government, she was able to book a slot at the NZ Managed isolation quarantine to start on Jan 29. We arranged her flight immediately to leave Manila on Jan 28 and her government, likewise, nominated her to NZ for a critical purpose visa. Liliani right away contacted NZ Immigration and received an APPLICATION TO APPLY for a NZ visa on January 18. Liliani was told that the visa might take weeks before it is approved. At this point, we decided to have someone represent her in NZ. We have seen and heard the plight of the mother in Japan and it was Richard Small / Pacific Legal who represented her. So on January 19, we made initial contact with Richard who responded right away. He and his team never promised us that they will be successful in securing the visa Liliani needed due to the very tight time frame but they worked hard just the same and even beyond office hours. On Sunday Jan 24 after Richard's church commitments, Richard lodged the visa application with sense of urgency. Liliani's visa was approved on January 26. 2 days!!! This is really incredible....To anyone needing help for NZ VISA, I highly recommend Richard Small and his Pacific Legal Team. Two months ago, Pacific Legal came into our rescue after we exhausted all avenues that we could possibly think of to get my first cousin to come from Tonga to say to kiss /fe'iloaki with her brother for the last time on a visitors visa. The best immigration service I've ever experienced!! On March 2019, I had applied for a NZ visitors visa from Tonga to attend my graduation on 15th May 2019. Pacific Legal Immigration - Richard and Diana we can not thank them enough. We would not have got a visa with out them. Very knowledgeable about NZ immigration law and they are diligent. One day we went straight from keeping a record to the police station on every Friday to becoming a Resident on a day. We were very privilege to have had the chance to work with Pacific Legal as they represent my family as our immigration lawyer.
