My wife inadvertently had an emergency visa issue due to poor handling by our previous adviser. Shoosh immediately worked on a very well written visa request, submitted it with urgency, and throughout, while we were very scared, kept us calm and focused on the task at hand. We secured the visa within days and we simply can't thank him and the team enough. He was empathetic, supportive and communicative. When the visa came through late one evening, he still made sure we received it in time for my wife to work the next day. I simply can't recommend their service highly enough.
