Getting a reliable and outstanding Solicitor for purchasing and selling a property is a mission. We had a total “nightmare” with our previous Solicitor and then one our good friends referred Atticus Legal and we are so happy that we trusted them. Fantastic and awesome service 😊 We finally experienced a “very professional service” this time using Atticus Legal specially with our Solicitor Jo Wadmore, Sharon and Ronan. They Facilitated the things we need to do with our BUY and SELL transaction with ease. Highly recommended and will hire their services again as needed in the future!

We recently sold our property and bought a new one so we contacted Andrew from Atticus Legal and then he referred us to Jo (Wadmore), to take care both of these transactions - the 'Sale' of the old property and the 'Purchase' of the new house. And we couldn't be MORE GRATEFUL than that. :) That was the first time we're selling a property, so all of it was new to us. Our first house purchase experience was a total nightmare because we felt like we were not protected by our previous Solicitor at all, and that transaction all seemed to be 'pro-vendor'. But this time, with Atticus Legal Team, we had such a great experience indeed and we couldn't emphasize that more! Working with Jo made it all look so easy, considering the fact that both the Sale and the Purchase transactions had the same Settlement Day. She explained to us what needed to happen and how we're going to approach things day-by-day. To top that, the whole team also assisted, so a big shout out to both Ronan and Sharon also, who quickly jumped in to assist on these very SUCCESSFUL transactions! Anyway, on the Settlement Day for both the Sale and Purchase, we felt very secured as Jo communicated to us constantly, until all is settled! :) We couldn't believe how fast everything happened on 'The' BIG Day! So we totally recommend Jo and the team and we'll definitely work with her / them in the future should we embark to another property sale/purchase journey. Keep it up guys! :)
