C.Excellent Advocate Representative for Ministry of Social Development matter. I was locked out of the process by a closed meeting process. The advocate is given written permission to represent client in all matters of concern. He won, the review of decision & identified MSD procedural errors. Entitlements were put in place and received Arrears.
E.I have had epic legal advice years & years ago so will give Community Law a 5 star rating review. But recently called them & the female that answered the phone advised me she would email me some lawyers recommendations regarding me helping a whanau member with their enduring power of attorney but I never got an email. The worker definitely noted my email down correctly as I confirmed it a few times but never got emailed. So that was slack as I will followup on that next week. But maybe due to the pandemic the worker is so busy they didn't do their job properly. But for now I'll still give this a 5 star review & will give an update & edit this review about my recent bad client experience hopefully it's resolved if not I will change this to a 3 star rating. At this stage I would still recommend community law they do good mahi but not highly recommend them.
M.Took three years to explain that they did not have the expertise to deal with Family Trusts while I very nearly died multiple times in ICU and by my own hand. Now will not return calls or emails. Angela Smith & Dee Holmes were my assisting Attorneys. This was for a 'Family Trust' under Norris Ward McKinnon (Trustee - Glenda Graham)
S.I needed some legal advice and these guys came back to me same day.
A.Sandy Fox family law is great. Can't fault her. Very successful outcomes. Very helpful. Great listener. Ideas person. Had a sense of humor too.
