PM Lawyers were a game changer for us. After a year of trying to liaise with our neighbour to get the shared boundary fence rebuilt, we finally took the formal route through the Disputes Tribunal. Even with an order our neighbour still wouldn't pay their half share and was continuing to issue unreasonable demands. Then it turned out they were selling their house and trying to leave it for the new owners to pay, but (illegally) without telling them.
