I called for a windscreen repair on Friday after 2pm, and was promptly booked for the following Monday. Gavin arrived 11am and got straight into the repair. He was very polite, friendly,fast and efficient. Highly recommend, price was very competitive and affordable. Thank you Gavin!😊

I used the Quality Windscreen Repair service. I did my homework first, called around and decided to use this company. I was particularly impressed by their speed and efficiency dealing with my issue. They came to my home, did a professional repair job and explained to me beforehand what to expect. I found them excellent to deal with and I highly recommend their windscreen repair service..

Awesome honest service as I had three chips - 2 repaired with previous owners. I felt happy with the options provided by Chris and Gavin as well as the discount with specials offered online and in-person. I shopped around and received advice from 2 well known NZ companies but Gavin and Chris offered more in-depth advice on what my options were especially with the existing repaired chips and cheaper prices! Gavin was very easy to deal via email and in-person. I'd definitely be back if needed.

Brilliant service from Gavin and Quality Windscreen Repair. For a week after I got my windscreen chipped I attempted to contact two well known windscreen repair companies (both recommended by my AMI insurance) which didn't bother to answer my multiple calls or messages... I gave a call to Gavin and within 48 hours my car windscreen was fixed at my home address and as good as new. Very happy customer!

Gavin is the best! So friendly to deal with, he came to my place to fix my windscreen within one day of calling him. The price was less than what I was expecting and the whole experience was hassle free. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I got a large stone chip on my wind screen last week so I called these guys up to see if they could help. The gentleman who answered the phone was lovely and a pleasure to talk to and he arranged for someone to come out the next day. When the guy arrived to fix my stone chip he was very honest in explaining that there still may be some visible scaring from the crack around the chip and that there may be a small water mark left after the resin had dried. I really appreciate the honesty, prompt service and good pricing from these guys. Would definitely recommend Quality Windscreen Repair to anyone out there needing their windscreens repaired. Got my chipped windscreen done yesterday, did not expect the servicing will be that fast, took me only 20mins! Price are cheaper then any glass company out there but with good quality servicing, and staff there are nice and friendly! Highly recommended this place!!!! Earlier today, I randomly came across these guys when I was comparing prices for a windscreen replacement for my car, which had a reasonably large "bulls-eye" style crack in its windscreen on the driver's side - certainly large enough that I was sure that it would have to be replaced in order to be able to get my warrant of fitness. The gentleman on the phone at Quality Windscreen Repair told me that they didn't do replacements, but that I was probably underestimating the range of damage that could be remedied by repairing rather than replacing. He offered to send one of his staff to come and have a look - free of charge. Awesome! The team member came around within less than two hours. He took a look and told me that he would definitely be able to fix the bulls-eye. I told him to go ahead and, within 20 minutes, everything was done. I was expecting to pay $416 (as that was the quote I had received from Smith & Smith) - instead, I paid $70 and got everything done in my driveway right there and then. The repair makes the damage almost invisible (both the centre AND the cracks going in all directions) and I could not be happier with the quality of service and the workmanship that I received. Full points - thanks so much to everyone involved! :-)

Had 2 small chips the size of $1 coins repaired. DONT USE anyone else. I tried 7 places that to me chip couldnt be repaired, Smith & Smith quoted me $1,400 for new windscreen. Quality screen repairs fixed my 2 chips for $110 and came round home to repair. These guys are the best
