Friendly service. The initial damage assessment was prompt and professional, the delay in starting the repair was very reasonable, and the job was completed well within the expected time. Good communication. I am very pleased with the finished repair and can thoroughly recommend this service.

Professional and friendly service, with great communication. New windscreen is perfect and they dealt directly with the insurance company. Also noticed their other offerings for splash backs and bespoke shower glass. Will definitely use them again.

Incredible service. I actually didn't know they did stone chip repairs, but the quick and prompt booking in of the repair to be done, to the actual repair, brilliant. I will definitely use Cambridge Windscreens again, and more than happy to recommend this company.

Having already had 2 windscreen replacements this year, when I got a teensy chip on my way to Cambridge from Wellington for Mother's Day, the last thing I needed was another one. Cambridge Windscreens were awesome, booked me in the next day, got it done earlier than expected, at very reasonable cost and loved the lolly bag!! Would definitely recommend

Booked in for a cracked windscreen. Delivered the wagon at 9 o'clock as booked and was told it would be ready about 4 o'clock. Received a text at 1 pm saying we could pick the wagon up at 1.30 pm. Great service and very good job done. Thanks Opal Glass.

Car failed WOF. CW's assessed and advised no need to repair & supplied document to that effect (car has since passed). They could have charged for a repair which was not required. Very pleasant staff and honest ... few and far between in this day and age!

Excellent service, friendly and helpful. Welded the crack while we rode to the Lake and back on our bikes. The filled crack, unfortunately has started to move slightly, it may be still a live crack, luckily it's on the passenger side.

Like another reviewer, after multiple unsatisfactory experiences with Novus and Smith and Smith the service provided by Cambridge Windscreens was excellent. It was quick and easy to arrange to have a stone chip on my windscreen repaired and the repair was carried out smoothly and effectively. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have experienced almost 50 years of customer service worldwide and truthfully these guys are AAA+++ ...sincerely - look no further. (I have used Novus who damaged our car and refused to fix it..yes...and Smiths Glass recently... frankly both was utterly appalling service!) Cambridge Windscreens rock! Nice `n friendly, very good communication even when a windscreen arrived with a blemish they were not happy with a poor quality finish so we waited, they loaned us the courtesy vehicle until completed with no scary bonds or $300.00 excess for possible damage to their loan cars like Toyota and Holden in NZ do (which sux) and did not ask us to pay for fuel although we did anyway and refilled the loan car. Stick with the small man or woman in the business world is the message and go local to `Cambridge windscreens`, they are totally `old school` and awesome! Keep up the good work guys say no to Novus even if your Insurance company try to push it.

Speedy and quick service plus they give you a little sheet on the type of windscreen repair you got and what type of damage was repaired and a surprise on the front seat. Small bag of jet plane lollies. Which dont melt in the sun! Perfect!
