HOWEVER, really good service from Alan - if he were not there I would have provided 1 star only. Thank you for your help and professionalism to fix my car.

w. t.The actual shop is OK, the boss must be really liberal, he let's his staff ignore customers standing in the door way while they play on their phones. The ladies in reception were excellent, but the male staff member in the cap with the scruffy hair playing on his phone not so much. He could use the Awareness Course 101.

Everyone who normally does the windscreen repairs were fully booked, I am new to the area and was recommended them for the windscreen chip repair by my car dealership.
Ended up that one of the lovely ladies in the office was trained and willing to help me out, had it all sorted and fixed in no time! Brilliant!
Definitely will be using these guys myself in the future!
S. F.Booked in for them to fix a chip on my windscreen. Handy that they open at 7 because I was able to pop in well before work started. Got it all fixed in done in about half an hour and they were friendly and helpful - cost 92 bucks (couldn't get it covered under insurance unfortunately) all up. Would definitely come here again for any future windscreen issues.
A.Friendly people. They did a great job puting a new window screen. However, they didn't take out my rego card on my window display and threw it away. I was very annoyed when they did this, I would've thought they take it out and
put it aside and put it back after they fix window screens. I had too get a whole new rego!!. It's very stupid they did this.

They replace a car window after a break in and got everything down to the tint spot on and I'm very pleased with the service and wont even bother going anywhere else for quotes next time.
K. K.Took in my friend's car for an insurance paid windscreen replacement. My friend had made arrangements with her insurance and I dropped it off at 0930 and simply left key and contact number. Received a phone call at 1320 that the car world be available after at 1500. Walked in at 1530 and was handed key and walked straight out. Flawless process and service. The only issue is that the new windscreen highlighted how dirty the car was.

J. S.Yesterday we were stuck in Christchurch with a large crack in the windscreen. After waiting an hour for a return call from another company we called Novus. They we extremely helpful. We went there straight away and 2 hours later we could carry on with our journey north with a new windscreen. Excellent service :o)
We are still waiting for that return call from the opposition.

R.I had a car breaking where 2 of my windows were smashed it was a really upsetting experience but Novas were straight onto it.They came to my house at 7pm at night to put plastic on my car as I dont have a garage then they came to my work to replace the windows.You guys were so kind and nothing was a problem thankyou so much.You leave a lot of other businesses in the dust compared to your service and prompt action.It was a pleasure doing business with you and I will recommend you to everybody.

Took my car in at 1:00pm and it was done by 3:30pm!
also told me if I have ANY problem, I could just simply call them and bring it in and they will make it right! :)
