B.I needed my window fixed I had rung two other window places that still to this day never called back. I rang on a Friday and I was answered immediately and they said they could come on the Monday as weather was cyclone weather window was wrapped up Good so didn’t matter . Lovely staff they came fixed the window as soon as they came. Very good pricing, reliable company.
Don’t go anywhere else but here.
Talked to my bestie and she said the fire brigades only use mr glass also and that they also recommended using this company, so we will only come here if we need a window fixed.
Didn’t realise but we used them also in the first lockdown for our broken front glass door and they did a great job there also.

M.Used this service 18 OCT 21: really impressed. Cat door fell out of window, when trying to push back in, cracked the glass. Did this on the weekend (SAT), texted Mr Glass same day response (SAT), advised a call out free (appreciated knowing this so we declined weekend fix) came on MON morning to fix, no effort on our part, fixed within approx 20mins (seemed like it was that quick), glass replacement looks really good. I mean, it's in there, we aren't scared to touch it in case it falls out. Haven't got the price at time of writing this, however based on the quote we were able to get over the phone, yeah would say this was good value.

Really thankful for such a quick service as we had bad weather and have cardboard over this big part of the window was worrisome.
A.Had a small broken glass panel on a wooden door repaired. Matt was quick to respond, fit us in to a busy schedule, very happy with the job, seems to be a reasonable price based on other quotes we got.
Only very small negatives were the invoice took a while to come through (which probably just means they're busy working rather than doing admin!) and I didn't realise that they wouldn't paint over the putty (wooden door with white paint) - although this is probably best as our landlord will have the right matching paint and it'll only be a 5 minute job.
M.Mr Glass (Matt) was awesome to deal with, in what was a very stressful situation for our family, as the broken glass resulted in a family member being seriously injured and hospitalised. Mr Glass was most greatfully able to assist us on the same day as the accident.
This service is affordable, timely, professional, friendly, and went over and above our expectations. From my family, Thank You Mr Glass and highly recommend this service.
