S.After spending a week chasing up another glass company to replace my windscreen, I called Novus to see what they'd be able to do. I don't regret it one bit - within a matter of days I had a brand new windscreen, and I didn't need to deal with my insurance company (Novus handled it all) or even travel to have it replaced. I couldn't recommend these guys more.
