The "big two" glass companies have sub par customer service and booking process. Lucky i found Hutt City Auto as an alternative, not only did Terrance source the parts urgently, but he made sure we were looked after through the whole process. If ever you need auto glass repair services, ring him first before you spend a long time in the queue with other repair companies. The quality and speed of getting us back on the road is truly amazing Highly recommended!!

Terrance is an expert and true professional in his work. He came around to my place to swap out the rear window in my Toyota Aurion. I was curious, so I watched him while he was working. Everything that he does is spot on. It's like watching a very skilled artist and engineer (his role is of course an auto glazier). Terrance must be one of the very best auto glaziers around.

Terrance was great to deal with; he communicates well and was able to replace a side window at the time I requested, at a very competitive price. I have already recommended him to others, and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Fantastic experience using Terrance for all of my race car and personal car glazing work. One of the few in the industry who genuinely care about doing the best job possible no matter what the usage or situation. Highly recommended to all, plus takes care of insurance work too! No job too big or small and all work completed to the highest standard!

Had Covid and my side window was smashed on my car. Was freaking out as I couldn't go anywhere to get the window fixed. Gave Terrance a call, and at peak Covid time, he came to my house and contactlessly replaced the window the next day! Amazing service. Cannot recommend Hutt City Auto Glass enough!!

I was gutted when my wife's car got a bad chip in the front screen but Terrance replaced the glass good as new and even organized the calibration of the lane departure camera no problems. Highly recommend

Quick and professional install on a rear quarter window after my car was broken into. From call to install was about 24 hours and Terrance was excellent to deal with.

Excellent job replacing a side window that thieves had broken into. Great mobile service, came to my work to do the job and took no time all, communication was easy and prompt. Very reasonably priced - would recommend!
