These guys are fabulous. I have had two cracks in my windscreen in a month and they fix in one day. The staff are very friendly and I am 100 percent happy with their service.

+ Friendly Staff + Finished repair as scheduled - Poor quality of the repairs (2 small crack repairs. Please see the photos) Update: Novas Glass Hamilton agreed to replace the windshield since I was not happy with the repair. Thanks to Tower Insurance for co-ordination. I’m happy with the replacement. ADS systems appear to be working as expected. Thanks Novas Glass Hamilton.

It was during lockdown and needed window screen replaced. Wasn’t a problem under lockdown and quick. However rained that night noticed small leak rang Novus dropped car back after 30mins al good and no more leak. Great service thanks.

This is for Novus Hamilton - Te Rapa After my car was broken into, i had been calling around to get my window fixed. Unfortunately i had a terrible time with smith and smith, rude staff etc. I called Novus and the staff were so lovely and my car was fixed the next day, hassle free! Thank you guys so much! I hope I don't need to come back anytime soon but if i do ill be coming back to you guys for sure :-)

Absolutely awesome to deal with!! Fast service, everyone there were so nice and helpful - booked in the day before, sorted the next day within a couple hours with a new windscreen - they made everything so easy. Was really nice hearing how the team interacted with each other and the guys were all so nice and respectful working with their office lady which you dont always hear/see - a noticeably great team dynamic! Couldn't recommend enough - Novus, behind the base! Work completed top quality too!

Only fault- failed to contact that piece needed had been ordered. Once windscreen was available can't fault their courtesy from this point on. Friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area.

I’ve had the (unfortunate) pleasure of working with Novus three times in the past seven months, and their customer service is impeccable, they work directly with my insurance company and I just turn up, leave the car, and bam, it’s done! They’ll vacuum up the glass and even put a temporary plastic cover in while they order the glass if they don’t have it in stock. Hopefully I won’t require their services again, but if my poor car ever gets smashed in again, I will always come back to Novus :-)

Never had to use their service before but totally recommend this company. Their window tech Melissa was a delight. Bang on time to the minute, windscreen chip done in 10 minutes and the fact they came to me was so helpful! If i get another crack, Ill show Novus. Top service.

It took 6 weeks for them to find a replacement window for my van, and that was only after prompting. They also said they would pick up and drop off but they ended up being too busy. It's a pain that it's on the other side of town too. Really lovely staff though and they were quick to put a temporary plastic screen in place.

The chip fix was done as well as expected. I was disappointed at how long it took though. I was quoted 20mins over the phone by the receptionist and it took an hour, making me late to work. The guy working on my car was awesome but slow due to the receptionist wandering off a lot and not answering the phone or manning the desk, so he had to pretty much run the place in her absence whilst working on my car. Props to you mate.

(unfortunately) Ive had to come to Novus on multiple occasions to get my windows/windscreens replaced, but I am always greeted with professional, fast and efficient service. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my windscreen needs 👍 thanks team

Awesome experience with Novus, Hamilton. Melissa came all the way out to Huntly to fix my windscreen and it was sorted on time and without fuss. Really nice lady and she did a great job. Such a different experience from the other crowd.

Yes they will come out to rural areas to do your windscreen and you will be well served at a good price. This is really handy if you travel down gravel roads to farms, or get stuck behind trucks on the desert road. The in laws have had good service consistently from this novus.

The Team at Novus in Frankton are very professional and helpful. I cracked my windscreen and needed to get it replaced asap as I need to drive a lot for work. I actually rang a large competitor of theirs first as the company I work for has 2 preferred suppliers (I only thought we had 1), but thinking I needed my windscreen replaced asap, I rang the bigger company. I was told by the other company that I would have to wait 10 days as the needed to order the windscreen from overseas, so I booked it in with them. I missed my appointment 10 days later as I was tied up in a meeting, so I rang to rebook. I foolishly thought that wouldn't be a problem, but they couldn't fit me in for another week, so I booked it in thinking I had no other choice. After speaking to a colleague, he told me that Novus was also a preferred supplier. I rang Novice and they said bring the car in at lunchtime that day and it would be ready by 4.00pm. Needless to say I cancelled the replacement with the other company and got it done by Novus. I will go to them everytime from now on and I would highly recommend them to anybody needing their type of service/products. Thanks Novus!

Painless transaction, everything including the insurance end all taken care of. Just booked in with the pleasant (but busy) staff, verified who I was, and then dropped in my car and picked it up later with a shiny new windscreen, no miss no fuss.

Great service advised I needed a replacement and gave clear reasons. Insurance cover was seemless. Thanks can't wait for next windscreen!🤣😂
