A.I highly recommend Amanda,Rory and the team at A1 Automotive, I was very apprehensive taking my vehicle to a new workshop for repairs, right from the first call from Amanda, to dropping my vehicle off, to Rory calling and explaining what repairs were required, to collecting and paying, it was all seemlessly easy and in Level 3 restrictions no less, Friendly, Honest, trustworthy, reliable.
I will be sending my vehicles to A1 Automotive for all and any repairs in the future.

T.An engine light came on one morning so did a quick review & they were highly recommended on our neighbourhood community page. Checked my car that day & were even able to lend a courtesy car to me so i could still get to work. All fixed & done at the cost quoted & in the time they said they would have it completed. Cannot speak highly enough of how awesome Amanda is & the team there. Thanks so much again.

C.I took my VW Crafter here after a shocking experience with the VW dealer in Henderson. These guys at A1 are so good, honest, reliable, fast and actually know how to diagnose problems. Forget going to the dealers go to these guys. 25 years of driving I finally found a mechanic I can go to every single time. Legends.

D.A great crew at A1 friendly and real easy to work with. If you need a loan car they have it even if you need a ride home after dropping your car off for a service these guys do it. Very accommodating but the best thing is these guys are affordable and trustworthy. No i don't qiek for theses guys just a happy customer.
C.The most trustworthy, respectful and reputable mechanics we’ve ever come across. We wouldn't go anywhere else, and haven’t for the past 4 years. Recently had a major with my vehicle and they swiftly, quickly and realistically repaired, communicating all the way. We can’t fault them. Our panel beater recommended them to us before knowing we already used them! Great to have another mechanical tradesperson confirm what we already knew.
A.Found them very friendly and reasonable. Excellent work done and dealing with Amanda was great. They even gave me a courtesy car. Will definitely be using them again.

Nothing is too difficult, they go beyond other mechanics, explaining everything clearly and never doing anything costly unless you give them the go ahead. They are thorough with their service and follow-up. Love the lollies when you pick up your car!

R.These guys are the best mechanics in Auckland hands down. I have used them for the past 3 years and even though I have moved out to south Auckland I will still mission it out to them. They have excellent workmanship and they stand by their work. They also accept WINZ cards which is a big bonus.

H.A1 is quite simply A1! Recently our eldest child gained his Learners Licence (eek) and we obtained a trusty Toyota Corolla for learning to drive. Being an older car and wanting to ensure it's "safe as houses" we took it to A1 for a WOF and service. They team couldn't have been more helpful explaining both with what we should do straight away and what might come up down the track with our vehicle. We received an estimate for everything same day so we could pick and choose what to have done, but it was so reasonable in price and clear to understand (even for a girl!), we booked for the lot. Booking the work in was quick and easy and a courtesy car arranged in advance so drop off/pick up has been hassle free. I've always been wary of mechanics in the past but would trust these guys implicitly - definitely give them a go if you haven't before, you won't be disappointed!
