Excellent service. I had booked my vehicle WOF and they gave me a slot to drop the car. My car was ready to collect within 1hour. Appreciate the AA team delivering such a good service even with the current COVID restrictions. Thank you.

I have used the services of the Botany AA centre 6 times over the last 4 years and found them very professional, organised, efficient and reasonable cost and happy to recommend them to fellow drivers

Quality service assured!. Bit expensive though. Those who want to know if something is actually wrong with their car, this is a great place to have it checked, with the full service (50 point check) , you will know if something with your car . I normally service my car here, highly recommended for service, but probably won't recommend for WOF if you have a older car, because like I mentioned, to fix anything from AA, it's really gonna be costly. But I do recommend if you have a newer model car. The technicians here are well trained and have deep knowledge about cars. The customer service staffs are also very friendly. Over the years I have done 5-6 services to my car from AA Greenmount East tamaki. Though one drawback which I feel like mentioning is that they won't provide a backup courtesy car even for AA members, which is a bit disappointing. I hope in the future, if they can provide a courtesy car, that will be great, especially for AA members it should be provided free

Friendly, helpful staff and nice clean workshop / waiting area. Communication was good. The pricing felt a bit on the high side, but not exorbitant. Would possibly use again.

Fantastic service from the team, I purchased my vehicle from Manukau Nissan and after shocking service from them decided to book my car in for its first service which AA did, this year i got a call reminder for my next service as well as text reminders which was really great and once again had a second service done which was fast and the service was great. Thanks again for everything will be be back. Highly recommended.

Arvi, Michelle and team provided great customer service. Friendly and proeffional, Arvi fixed multiple issues in my car promptly. Will definitely return for my next service.

Had a problem with the car. Took it in to be looked at and they found the issue quickly. Ordered the part needed which arrived the following day. Took the car back the next day and a few hours later had a call to say all was done and the car was ready for collection. Quick simple and the car is working properly.

This branch particularly has a great service and friendly face to face service as well. Technician (man) and administrator (lady) are both kind and friendly easy to resolve my issue!!. Thank you guys and have a great day 17/11/20

Great team here! Very comprehensive service provided from front desk to mechanics. I switched my usual servicing and WOF place to come here, it’s a little further but worth it in my opinion.

Professional, astute, complete service all the way through the process. Astute staff, friendly, efficient and professional in all respects. Value backed pricing and thorough remediation. No apparent creative, unnecessary, work-job creation for revenue generation and straight up and though condition/work analysis Wall-to-wall professionalism and sensible, genuine efficient cost effective solutions with the possible exception of braking systems replacements. Great customer service from front desk and manager. However when told I needed two new tires and given two prices I was very concerned that the mechanic couldn't offer any information on why the expensive ones were better. Feeling a little rushed to get things sorted on the day I took the expensive option. Though in hindsight, if the cheaper Korean tires were so bad.. Why is a "trustworthy" business like AA offering substandard products? Food for thought I guess...

An excellent car service. I particularly appreciated the detailed vehicle report that clearly showed the health status of my vehicle. All the people I met were helpful and appeared genuinely interested in me as a customer, and in giving good service and value for money. A good experience all round.

Platinum service, Thorough job, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend and will return as a regular now. Reasonably priced.

5 Stars to the Team at Greenmount Drive. Thoroughly deserved by all, with special note to the young women at the service desk. Her manner and helpfulness could not have been better. The call-out was responded to promptly by and exceptionally helpful man who gave me good advice to further see the team at the AA Auto Centre.

Efficient, pleasant, go the extra mile service.

I came to this centre because my normal workshop was overloaded and could not fit me in for my WOF. I am very pleased that I did. The reason that I chose the AA workshop was because I had taken my daughters vehicle to the Mt Roskil centre for her WOF. I was very impressed with what I saw there and the staff were very helpful. The East Tamaki centre was closer to where I live. I foundthe whole team that I met to be very friendly and helpful. Particularly the young lady receptionist. I will certainly be returning with any future work that I may have.

Professional, great communication and really quick, even with big jobs. My car drives like a dream after being serviced here.

Always a great experience, staff are nice and call you if they have to do extra work or get parts. Just remember these are hard working people who service hundred of card per week, sometimes a hiccup may happen and its nothing to cry over spilt milk about.

Great customer service. They called me and asked for a heads up for the repairs needed. I changed the service type when I arrived there and they were OK with providing me the needed service.

Cheap. Effective. Courteous. Provided drop off service. Better than the “branded dealers” who offer nothing and charge a bomb! Will go to them again.

Have Been using AA Greenmount for a few years now for my wifes car, I recently sent my own car there as it had failed a WOF at VTNZ. The staff were helpful friendly and very thorough in there explaining of costs and how to fix it, Particular mention to Spencer who is always awesome and takes the time to tell me any changes or extra services needed, car was completed in a morning and i was able to pick it up in the afternoon, included was the complete and issued WOF, So i didnt have to take it back for a re-check, Highly recommend to all, will be returning in 6 months with my baby for a new WOF
