S.The team at AA Kingsland have been outstanding. I’ve had multiple car issues over the past couple of weeks and I couldn’t be more glad that my car accidentally got towed to this service centre location rather than the one it was supposed to go to. I can not rate them enough. Friendly, honest, professional and always ready to help out. I have so much gratitude for Ellie and Steve in particular who always kindly answered my calls and questions. The best experience I could’ve hoped for out of a bad situation.

A.I was very impressed with the service I received in August. After my car was serviced at a different shop the month prior, I started hearing an awful creaking sound while braking. I took it back to the same shop twice and each time the issue was supposedly fixed. A few days later I decided to take it to AA Newmarket for a second opinion as the noise started again. Unfortunately the diagnosis was incorrect however I did not realise this until the recommended work had already been done and the noise started a few days later. I wouldn't have normally come to Kingsland however as it was Alert Level 4 there were limited options. The issue was picked up by the mechanic within an hour of me dropping the car off. The required work was completed and almost 3 months later I haven't heard the awful noise since. I was super impressed and grateful as the previous two shops didn't pick it up. AA's pricing is very reasonable also. Thanks team!
s.intially I had a bad experience with AA Kingsland but that was more due to my attitude and the fact that my on road had not fulfilled my needs!! To the credit of AA Kingsland they made contact with me and sorted a time and informed me of exactly what my cost would be! thank you AA KIngsland for what turned out to be good service

S.Had oil leaking from my car, called up AA breakdown to confirm the problem, then had a Towie pick up my car and drop off at AA Kingsland ( so happy I renewed my AA+ membership for a free tow). Got a call back from AA Kingsland saying I needed a new sensor part and to topup oil. Very professional a job well done fast and efficient. Recommend these guys a 5 star 👏

My experience was on 24th December when I needed a brake light replaced, most businesses were closing for Christmas but Jason was more than accommodating, friendly, professional and replaced the lamp in an effortless manner. S.We walked in with no appointment after registering a new imported car next door, to see if someone could lend us a screwdriver to attach new plates. Not only did the guy we spoke to help, even though they were busy, he came out and did it for us on the spot, even popping back inside to cut down screws that were too long for the new position. We only had a D plate on the back of the vehicle, they gave us screws for the front (also had to cut down those), and then waved us on our way, no charge. Amazing service, thank you! We will be back.
E.I left a bad review last time, but after I spoke with manager and we agreed that it was misunderstanding. I’ll see how my next visit will go, but I guess nothing is wrong with this AA office, I rate 5 stars for good communication and an effort to solve any inconvenience. Thank you.
J.This place is great for quick help with small jobs. They are organized efficient and helpful even to the point of directing me to safe exit onto busy New North Road this was appreciated. If you need bigger job or service done best to book ahead.
B.Well my brother's car needed 2 new tyres for wof plus stablizer thingy was leaking and rego plates needed working on them all taken care off by these guys as well as wof taken care off my bro was a happy chappie 😁
M.Great service while you are there but no response to their follow up text asking for feedback. I have an issue with the headlight resurface and spray flaking off but no one else has responded to my complaint yet. Only been 6 weeks. Maybe they need more time.
