Got car serviced here and everything was good. They were prompt and efficient. Great to see the oil nice and clean from getting the oil flush done. They were friendly and the did everything to a good standard. Very happy with the service. Thanks AA St Lukes

Somehow I am not entirely happy with the service done by AA St Lukes, when I personally checked through the engine bay few days after my service before it was about to rain for a couple of days, I found that some refills such as wind screen washer fluid wasn't adequately filled up also tyre pressure were wrongly filled which I found it to be around 36 in all tyres inspite of company advice of 33(F) and 31(R). I had a feeling before hand that, there were might be some issues with transmission slipping which I feel, they could have examined it in detail or get it sorted by changing cvt transmission oil. There were also some annoying minor brake sounds before service, whenever car comes to a stand still. Both issues were neither acknowledge nor corrected (though brake parts seems alright by them after completing the service). Those two issue were the main reason, for getting my car serviced opting for silver service at AA and hoped it would get solved. But somehow, the purpose of getting work done there was not fulfilled. A short suggestion- bring transparency to your work, be friendly as well along with being professional.

Service was good but I had my right hand brake lights replaced in November as well but now it has blown off again. Not sure about the quality of the brake light used for replacement.

The majority of the work was done for MY WOF, plus a service whereby a few things needed fixing to pass my WOF. The down side of it all was that my Washers weren't working properly, plus my left Wiper was very sluggish , and yet these were ticked off on my statement as been checked. I noticed a couple of days later and took my car back, whereby they fixed the problem immediately. My car is running better now.

I took my car to AA Auto Centre St Luke's( AA Plus member ) . They did a comprehensive service with a tiny bulb change at a cost of $300 plus . I had mentioned to them that there was smoke coming out of my car and will need attention .They did say they will diagnose this and charged me for this . I went to pick up my car and a guy comes out with a very long explanation and in between the lines he kept saying we don't have the expertise to carry out this task . he did say its to do with the valve etc. If you have an English car please do not take it to the Centre as you will come back disappointed - I don't like writing reviews and I was looking for an email to write to them but couldn't find it .The manager seems to be a nice guy but I wanted the issue fixed and I was happy to pay an extra cost for that. Got the Bronze Service and Engine Flush for $185 including the discounted rate for being an AA member. Service was reasonably professional along with a free working hot drink machine. They didn't proceed with any extra repairs that were outside the prearranged services which meant we didn't have to fork out a whole bunch of extra money just because they arbitrarily decided that something somewhere was supposedly wrong. Though they did note that the brake rotor plate needed to be replaced at a cost of around $420 to $490. This wasn't ever supposed to be the first category of response as the rotor plates could simply be machined flat and smooth first for less than half that price.

My visit was great went in to see if I could make a booking for Saturday at 3pm today. The receptionist advised they wouldn't be open again until Tuesday but if I would like my car serviced now they could do it . I was very surprised but agreed they called me to tell me filter needed changing and also wipers did I want those done which I agreed . Great service from the receptionist and mechanics.

It may not be perfect but sure it's one of the few best car service that you can trust in Auckland. I've brought my car here for Platinum service a few times already, they seem knowledgable and always explain what needs to be serviced if require. It usually takes an hour or two to wait for the service complete, but they are pretty fast and reliable compare to other places I know of, and there are many shops and cafe nearby to visit while waiting, so can't really complain...

I recently had à platinum service done here and I was really pleased with how quick and good the servicing was even though they were understaffed. The mechanic also explained all the car-jazz in a simple and concise manner and answered all my questions. I bought my bicycle with me for transport home during the service and had forgotten the front wheel outside their shop (I’d taken it off to fit inside my vehicle). I was long gone and completely forgot about my wheel outside their shop and their staff were so kind as to safely store it in their shop for me to recollect during the week. Thank you SO much for your honesty and good work. Ka pai Grace, Kivesh and Ash.

Were very quick with adjustments, and made sure that I was aware of any faults needing to be fixed. People were friendly, and made me feel comfortable with understanding what needed to be done. Well worth the price making sure the car is sweet to drive on the road safetly.

Took my car here for a silver service. Friendly receptionist, easy drop off and was told it would be about an hour. After an hour I got a call from someone that was really hard to understand. Challenging phone call about things I needed to consider having done to my car. Never felt pressured to say yes to anything, was just really hard to understand due to his quiet volume and accent. Managed to decipher what I needed and that it would take another 2 hours. Work done really well, cost was appropriate and not heart stopping. Communication was a bit lax so just make sure you ask how long things will take as it's not info that's offered.

Sent my car in for a Platinum service. Didn't check the work order/tax invoice thoroughly upon collecting and paying until after a few days. Noticed a few jobs included in the Platinum service as stated on their official website were not ticked off on the list. Rang and spoke to the manager and receptionist about it and they confirmed the jobs left unticked were carried out indeed and that the staff probably forgot about ticking them. So make sure you check everything before paying and leaving.

They usually do a great job. Dec.2018 I had my car serviced and ask why is it making a sound when I slightly stepped on the break. They said it maybe because of breakpad needs to be replaced. Dec.2019 I had them replaced all brakepads and it costs around 1k+. I was in a hurry and did l not check if it is still making a weird sound when I picked up the car. The next day I checked and it is still making that weird sound. I guess it's a sign that I should go back to nissan for my car services :'( The rest of the service is amazing its just this one thing which is important to me since it has something to do with the break. Update: I didnt expect that my sms feedback is read. I was so happy when they let me visit and for them to check again free of charge. They even exert time to explain to me about it. Everything went well and will definitely visit AA St Lukes in the future :) great service!!!

Great customer service and speedy warrant checks if you book online. Seems to be quite a busy service center so make sure you book online or call ahead. Plenty to do in the mall or St Lukes shops while you wait. Service was professional. I did not get any work done here so can't comment on the workmanship.

Good and quick service with detailed explanation. For first time going for a car service like myself, might need to research which type of oil your car needs and ask how much it would cost, less surprise if you do your homework, I didn't lol 😁😁

Have been going to AA St Lukes for just over 2 years now and I have to say these guys know their stuff. They are never pushy and give honest advice when it comes to repairs or suggestions. They have quickly become my go to mechanic in Auckland. The only downside is that they are a little on the expensive side, However given the quality of their work I think they are worth the extra $$. Would highly recommend.

Bought a fresh import car and dealer recommended for a service. Booked silver service with AA, They said right front break pad is having less than 10%. So said it needs to be replaced. And replaced air filter too.My car is almost new condition just 29k covered and just two weeks before vtnz compliance check and WOF cleared. Surprisingly it was said less break pad found now.I am not sure who is not doing right their duty here. But I ended up paying $500+ for my newly imported car which was just cleared with WOF and compliance. I leave this to experts.

Excellent service. Connor was just wonderful. He put my mind at ease was very understanding of my situation. Gr8 guy. The othet Asian guy who quoted the price was the same very understanding and customer focussed. They did a good job . I didnt catch his name. Grace was very nice and understanding.
