They go out of their way to communicate clearly and find the best solutions for their customers, and their services are efficient and of high quality. D.This is the second time I have been there. The silver service was excellent. Had a pleasant dealing with the reception lady.....she was very good as I remember the first time she was very pleasant. The staff also do a good job and are happy to answer any questions.
J.I had my car serviced which I was very pleased! I have no fault with that. When i paid the amount the receptionist told me all was well and no problems. When i got home I read at the bottom of the account it had written that i had an oil leak and something about the chain. Well i would have thought that the mechanic would have talked to me and explained the problem. I feel that some of us women do not understand a lot of repairs.. it would have been helpful.
