J.5 Star for Iki - has welcoming aura within himself. Has a calm tone and soft spoken. He sorted me out and offered to fit EVC I drive for my truck. I can sense he's an asset to your company always exceeding customer service.
0 star for Tim - initially rung their 0800 and a chap named Tim or Tom picked it up. I was friendly over the phone I didn't sound demanding at all. I worked in a contact centre myself previously I understand what he does and I've been there. Bro you need to chill. I ordered 5 stuff online from Airplex and just wanting to know the status of the order. You sounded annoyed and told me 'did you not read online that bonnet guard is made to order up to 15 days?'. You could have told me "oh yes you can pick up the 4 other stuff as they're on stock and are you happy to wait for the bonnet guard?". Sounding rude and condescending is not necessary at all.
I was triggered and went to your shop straight away to pick up the other 4 stuff, I was looking for you and you can't even look at my eyes lol. I can even hear you spoke to Iki 'nah he didn't read online'. Iki was there to pick up your mess.
Funny how a local boy can't treat you well aye? Whereas immigrants can. :)
m.Getting a set of window shields fitted to my 2011 VE Commodore Wagon and the parts were on the shelf, didn't have to book in to get em fitted. $160 for a set of 4 tinted shields and 20 bucks for the fitting... too much Airplex

A.Great tonneau cover, nice job, reasonable price
S.Saw the guys at Field days, was after a cover for my ute, they told me to come see them and they'd give me the same pricing, so they could make sure it'd fit.
Product was in stock, exactly as it should be and the team at store was more than helpful, will definitely be back when I need more upgrades.
C.Received a damaged bonnet guard and phoned Airplex, spoke to Janice and she was absolutely amazing. Organised for the couriers to pick up the damaged guard and a new one was sent out and got it in 4 days.
C.Airplex is a trustworthy and professional company that won't let you down. We bought a product that was not fit for purpose based off of a manufacturer's misleading information. Though the manufacturer wouldn't rectify the situation Airplex took upon themselves to put it right. We rate any company highly that will put their customers before the loss of margin and hassle of returns. Two thumbs up guys!
