We've been customers of Auto Clinic for several years now and very pleased with the service we get from the team. They're always looking for ways to keep costs down and affordable, which is good to know considering how much cars can cost to repair! I wholeheartedly recommended them to anyone in the area needing a reliable mechanic shop.

The guys at A1 Autos are a cut above the rest, their workshop is immaculate and skillset outstanding, totally honest and easy to work with, my car is an essential part of my day to day living as I now live in corromandel so if something goes wrong with my vehicle I need to no that I can trust them to get me going again. I'm quite happy to drive to auckland to get my car serviced and warranted, A1 service, A1 smiles. Thanx so much the team at A1 Auto Clinic, 👍

I was looking for a workshop that do servicing on weekend and I found them through google which is also nearby to our place so I tried to give them a try since they have positive reviews. I don't have any booking for my car but they were able to squeeze in my car for servicing and was really really happy with their service. Friendly and their price was competitive. I highly recommend thia guys and I will surely recommend them to my friends as well. 👍👍

My Honda Accord 2004 needed repairs for WOF... So satisfied with the service of this mechanic shop. Communication is top notch and quality of service is very high. Such friendly staff and the car feels new.. had shocks,rotors and brakes done.. very happy about the work done.. thanks to Jeremy , Shirma and Pacha.. and to all the staff that helped with the car.. highly recommend these guys .. very professional. I am really happy with the service and the work done on my audi! I would give more stars if I could!! Honestly the most honest and knowledgable team. They are very transparent with you and the price is reasonable. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called in. I'm from Wellington and needed to get the car fixed asap so they made it convenient for me. I want to especially thank Ali who is a mechanic there, he was really helpful and made sure everything was done to high quality! Very trustworthy and would recommend 100%!!!

This team was amazing. They were extremely helpful, great communication, prompt service and the price was approximately half what was quoted from a different mechanic. I will definitely be going back for my next warrant and any other repairs.

Saturday afternoon and a friend and I had just test-driven a car at a nearby car dealer. After calling 15+ local mechanics, most wanted me to make a booking one-week in advance for a pre-purchase inspection. We wanted to make an offer on the car that day, so kept calling around. When I called Auto Clinic, they were closing in 90 minutes, but were keen to help and said they could do the inspection if we got the car there within the next 30mins. When we arrived, a friendly mechanic was waiting at the driveway and no sooner than i got out, he got in and went straight to work! A short while later the mechanic gave us the good news that the car was mostly okay, but clearly explained a few areas it needed some work. He was kind enough to raise the car on the hoist again and directly show me the problem areas. He explained which of the problems were crucial, and which ones could wait for a while. He gave quotes on all work the car needed, and made some suggestions about the value of the car to help us negotiate with the car dealer. Even though we were first time customers and had spent no previous money here, these guys went out of their way to fit us in at very short notice, they did a thorough job, gave solid advice, and wrote up a nice printed report about the car’s condition for us. To top it off, they charged us less than most other nearby mechanics (who didn’t event have time anyway) had quoted. Highly recommended! I will be back. Thank you.

Saw them about a month ago, forgot to write my review eariler. I was really happy with the friendly team, and good job they did with reparing my left rear car window. I know it was hard to find a audi car window in such short notice. They found a window within a hour, and the last place I had dealt with couldn't find one and said I had to wait two days. Great team, and happy with my car window and good service :)

Recently had our stereo unit replaced in out Mazda Atenza. Called in with the car to get a rough quote, booked in once we had sorted the finance. Great communication. Installation took longer than planned, but I was kept well informed and was flexible with time. Mishra took me through using the unit, when I did collect. Super happy with the unit - feel confident to go back to them if I have any queries. Friendly, helpful service. Would happily go back to them again.

Jeremy and the team were outstanding. My Audi S4 had complicated issues involving a discontinued water-cooled alternator, not only were able resolve the issues promptly, Jeremy also provided me with all the options for replacement vs repair, was willing to store the car while we waited for a part to arrive internationally, kept me in the loop with great communication. I was also provided with a courtesy car free of charge. A+ for Jeremy and the team, I'm super impressed.

First i have to thank the guys from Auto Clinic for their fantastic job they did! I have an Audi Quattro Alroad and am very fond of my car. I have been looking for a Garage for a while now i can entrust with my car. I got the service done with Auto Clinic and i really was blown away with their customer service! They said it would be ready by 2pm and i was very surprised that it actually was ready at the promised time. Also i got a complete check list of everything they checked and did as well as they cleaned the car inside out. As i said i was blown away with their service and the price was more than reasonable. They have gained a new permanent customer in me. Thank you Auto Clinic! I can recommend them for all your Vehicle needs.

I would highly recommend these guys. They did a great job. The staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to source secondhand parts to try and avoid an import delay. When they couldn't they gave me a great deal on A courtesy car and made sure I was mobile while my car was being fixed.

I was recommended to use Auckland Auto Clinic by a friend. I can safely say I would recommend them to any of my friends or colleagues for car servicing. They are really friendly and offer great service. Each time they have gone above and beyond! Much appreciated.

I have been using Auckland Auto Clinic for about 5 years and have always found them to be friendly and professional.communication has always been excellent and they do their best to keep to keep the cost of the repair as resonable as possible. All repairs for myself have been done by or before the time they have given to me at the time of dropping off the car.

Great customer service over the phone and in person. Was able to book my car in for a service for the next day and it was serviced within 3 hours of dropping it off. The guys did a great job at a reasonable price, I am one very happy customer.

Had my car towed in it was badly overheating coolant leaking ignition stuffed and they got the job done in 2 days also offered a courtesy car. I will definitely go back because they’re service is so amazing the staff are great! Highly recommend

These guys were amazing. I dropped in to see if they could give me a diagnosis on the acceleration issues I was having and they did not hesitate to get straight onto it. They found the problem and fixed it within an hour, even taking the time to drive out to get extra parts. Their pricing was fair and their service was inpeccable.

Changed tires and did wheel balancing and alignment. Great job, good prices, fast. Bought a new AA battery for my car, price was not the best, especially compared to Trademe stuff, BUT they did a great job with replacing the battery which proved to be a hell of a job due to minor fault in my car, nothing to do with Auto Clinic. The 3 guys put a lot of effort to sort it out, all done, no dramas. Good after sales service as well, I received thank you letter and discount vouchers for Service and WOF for future jobs.... Will take the car there for WOF for sure.

I have been using Autoclinic for 6 years now, 3 different European cars, I have seen them up and down, it is mainly due to not having a manager. At one stage they had a manager who had a great knowledge and is very customer focused and ran the workshop extremely efficiently. I am glad to see the workshop has been keep tidy after the manager has left and they are still extremely efficient. It is still a good place but it was much better when the manager is around to look after the mechanics. I can ask the manager to use genuine parts and he will, instead of persuading me to use aftermarket or I could go to manufacturer and buy my own parts as I get a discount instead of being persuaded to use aftermarket.

Autoclinic is one of best auto repair shop. The technicians are very friendly and experienced. I went there twice and I am satisfied with the services provided. I had no vehicle to go to office, They offered me a drop-off.

My car is currently with Auto Clinic and they have been fantastic! My Check engine light went on this morning on my way to work - I called Autoclinic and they picked it up from my work half an hour later and have fit it in straight away - at this stage I will be getting back day of which is really great! highly recommend

Great place to deal with. I have used Auto Clinic for a number of years now on all the cars I have owned and never had a problem. Courtesy cars are great and really helpful. Services have always been carried very well and at a the quoted price. I would recommend Auto Clinic to anyone.

Jeremy was very helpful and showed a lot of care when it came to changing my suspension. When it turned out that the parts would cost a lot more than originally anticipated, he gave as much of a discount as he could, which I really appreciate.

Used them for years but first time with my Audi S4 and they transformed it with just a service and new bushings which even Continental did not spot. Recommended for Audi's.

WOF done, I needed a tyre to pass as one was badly worn through to cords where I could not see it on inside edge. Jeremy organised a tyre and did a wheel alignment while I watched. Cannot say enough about how helpful Mishra and Jeremy are, well done and keep it up!
