v.The work shop itself is spotless and everything in its rightful place .
My auto transmission was changing gear a little slow , so a service was called for . This shop recommended by my brother who is in the auto parts industry . Laurie and Mark serviced the auto trans and as a bonus ,cosmetically repaired other small areas they came across .
As a result of the service , am getting a quick , smooth shift now .
Prevention is better than cure !
J.Took my car in for a transmission service. The guys were friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and had the work finished right on time - at the price indicated before I brought it in as well. My car is running great. Would definitely recommend!
D.Went to their workshop with a mechanical problem unrelated to my gearbox.
They hooked into my computer to diagnose the problem and didnt even charge me.Not the first time they have given me good advise.I always go there to have my gearboxes serviced because they are honest.
D.I rang for advice concerning a transmission fault, and the help I was given over the phone was fantastic. I was given the information I needed in order to make the best decision, instead of being treated like a silly woman who didn't know what I was talking about, and I really appreciated that. The company I bought the car from offered to pay for half the cost of repair at their workshop otherwise I would have felt completely confident using Auckland Automatics. Thanks again!
C.Ken was very helpful. I had another mechanic tell me the sound under my hood was the transmission. I brought it to Ken for a second opinion. He drove the car and immediately ruled that out then suggested another mechanic just down the street that he felt would be able to solve my problem.

Bou helped me out straight away, you can really tell the passion and knowledge that he had of cars and the level of detail that he gets to to see what the problem might be, highly recommended service.
D.Car not travelling well. Thinking it might be transmission. Popped in and discussed. Plugged the car into the computer, went for a drive. Gave me options, suggested I should look at engine first, recommended a mechanic. Provided costings on clutch replacement should it end up on that space. Great service. Extremely helpful.
B.Awesome work. My car wouldn't start at all due to a trans chip that stuffed out. These guys came in on wednesday with a tow truck, later that arvo car was ready. Most happy with the work carried out and the service given. Wasnt expecting the low cost but I am much appreciative of your help. Thank you.
