All my experiences with auto pal have been great. What won me over was my first experience getting a wof with them a couple years ago, my tires failed and it was a Saturday morning and new ones were arranged that day and very promptly for a reasonable price. Every time I take my car in I know that I’m not going to get mucked around which is a really nice feeling. I highly recommend this place!!

Honesty and Integrity are the cornerstones of this business. We had our vehicle in for a WOF and a couple of minor items including the replacement of a park light. I was quoted a price for the entire job which was explained thoroughly. When retrieving my car I was informed that they were able to just replace the bulb of my park light and the new housing was not required. The extra effort by the team in managing to get the casing around the park light open on my 16 year old car open SAVED me $90.00 on the bill. Many others would have just replaced the whole unit without even checking. Thanks Autopal.

I've been using Andrew and the team at Autopal for about 3-4 years now and have found them nothing but helpful, efficient and cost effective. I was using a big dealership but it was costing me an arm and a leg every time. From Andrew I get good advice, a fair price and most importantly I can trust him to do a good job. My daughters car failed a WOF. I contacted Andrew yesterday to arrange the repairs. Car delivered this morning, daughter dropped off to uni. Pleasantly surprised with quote which I accepted over the phone. Work completed, car taken for WOF recheck and passed by 2.40 pm. Daughter picked up. What more can you ask for. A fantastic experience, would highly recommend Andrew's services. All this with the added complication that I live in Palmerston North. Great work, well done!!

Great help. Rang for a WOF the night before, was all taken care of and done the next morning within half an hour. Reliable friendly nice guys. Also price was more than reasonable, which as a backpacker is really great. These guys are the ones to go with.
