Today morning I got my car's WOF and basic service done at this place. I really liked their customer service, quality of work, and reasonable pricing. Overall I am happy with their service and strongly recommend for any one.

We have been going to Forrest Hill Motors for 20 years and during that time have had over 10 family cars looked after with quality servicing by way of repairs and maintenance. I must say that Heiko, Megan and the team have an amazing affinity for customer service, expertise and professionalism and I would thoroughly recommend Auto Super Shoppe Forrest Hill to anyone needing any vehicle service or repair work. Nothing is too much trouble, the job always gets done, no matter how complicated and they always find the time to attend to your needs and keep you informed of progress.

Confidence and trust are essential components of owning an older car. Road trip memories or fast bends on country roads, the fuel you use or the tyres you run. Even more importantly who you commission to help you keep the car running and whether you can partner with them for the journey. This shop,and this team, are accessible experts. They have passion and commitment to quality work. Was up today for an annual service and will be back in a month for a WOF. It’s a pleasure.

How fortunate I was to find Forresthill Motors after being unmercifully ripped off by a previous garage. I found Heiko and his team so friendly, efficient and helpful with everything I required. Absolutely fantastic! You not only get outstanding customer service, but also fast and efficient work by 5 starts mechanic! Been put in the situation while my car didn't start after I returned from overseas. Mechanic drove to the place where I parked my car during my trip, tried to start it, unfortunately it didn't work. My insurance arrange towing to their garage and next day morning my car was fixed ! Thank heaps! HIGHLY recommend! Legendary!!!

This is one of the few garages I trust my car with. Haiko is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and I've never had a problem that he couldn't fix right away. They can be a little expensive but they will get the job done better and faster than most other garages. For the number of cars these guys work on each day their turnaround time is incredible. This place runs like clockwork. Exceptionally good service and work quality

Been here a few times now and have been very impressed with the service. I only wish I had discovered them sooner! They have gone the extra mile with a number of things, and shown themselves reliable and trustworthy. For example, I came in for a quote on something and drove away with the job done in a few mins and no charge. At this rate I might have to add tips to the bill; what an outstanding team! I arrived at Auto Super Shoppe Forrest Hill on Saturday 30th of May after the BMW I was driving developed a serious oil leak. I was greeted by one of the mechanics in a very helpful and friendly manner. My car was taken into the workshop and put onto the hoist to diagnose what the problem was, even though the workshop was busy I was treated as a regular customer and kept up to date on what was happening with my car. Great work by the mechanic in finding the faulty hose and having the parts available to fix it. The car was repaired, the oil spilt on the underside of the cleaned away, engine oil topped up and test driven to ensure there were no further issues. I have no problem in highly recommending this business to anyone who wants a friendly efficient team working on their motor vehicles in the Foresthill area .

We have used Forrest Hill Motors for many years and have always found them excellent. Megan deserves special mention - she is great, always very friendly and knows who we are when we ring, quick to get help when needed. This morning I rang them as my car wouldn't start and explained the situation to Megan - within an hour Lee was at our home and had the car running perfectly. Big tick to FH Motors.

Called in without notice as needed a headlamp bulb replaced today. Mechanic assigned immediately and bulb replaced. I was not charged for labour. I have been a client for several years and certainly will continue to be one with that sort of service.
