This was the second time I’ve used Mayne Automotive. Same fast and very efficient service at an extremely reasonable cost, and knowledgeable friendly staff. Through the day I received updates of what was required, recommendation of the urgency of the work or whether it could be left for 3-6 months, cost and time required to complete the work. They also took me back to work after I’d dropped my car off, and picked me up at the end of the day to take me back to their workshop. Awesome service, highly recommended!

I had brake problems with my car and took it in with nil booking or notification, the speed of professional and wonderful customer service was brilliant. I was offered a courtesy car to use while they repaired the vehicle which was a pleasant surprise. Brad had one look at my vehicle gave me a rough cost and break down of parts and labour hours which was brilliant, he later found other problems and made a few recommendations and moments later problem solved. I was running late to pick up my vehicle, Brad waited behind until I arrived. I had my car serviced and some repairs done recently at Mayne and the team were fantastic. It needed some work done that was a lot more expensive than I expected, but the mechanic rang twice when additional work was discovered to let me know what was needed and the costs involved. When I picked it up they had cleaned the inside and out and fitted the new hubcaps I had sitting in the back seat but not fitted yet. My car is now driving like a dream! Because they were extremely busy and squeezed us in something went wrong in communication and they did not inform us about extra costs that came up. Great job well done, i work in the trade as a commercial auto electrician and its not often customers comment when a job goes well it always when a job has challenges. I had a wheel alignment performed on my Ute and it was a great experience. The counter guy was extremely friendly, didn't charge me for anything other than what i was quoted. One of the technicians also dropped my Ute of to my house round the corner. The Ute steering feels great. I would recommend these fellas and i will be pleased to use these guys again. Job well done to all the team.

I personally had a very good experience with this garage. Went there two times. They didn't find a certain problem the first time, but when we went back the second time, they found it and charged nothing extra for this particular problem. Our van got looked at the same day we brought it in, so quick service. Good communication, very friendly staff. Prices were okay as well. Hard to imagine some of the others comments complaining about this place ... but I guess I can't know that for sure. I would recommend this garage.

To begin with I was a bit skeptical because the deal sounds too good to be true especially when its $1000 worth of mechanical stuff for $169.
