We have been customers of Ash for over 7 years and cannot say enough good things about the way he runs his business - Anzac Automotive. Totally reliable, extremely professional and always does his very best to look after each and every customer. And that's why we always take any and all of our family -owned vehicle to him. I personally wish him and his team every success because these times are challenging for most businesses. Thanks Ash and Anzac Auto for everything.

Our mechanic of choice, they look after our entire fleet and then some, always happy to go out of their way! Today they helped out with an oil topup for my Vespa that just landed on their doorstep. Always happy to help, always do a great job, always have a smile and a friendly word. Totally recommended!

My sister recommended Bosch Car Service to me. I was really impressed from the time I made the booking to the time I collected my car afterwards. They were professional, friendly and helpful. They told me how long the service would take and it was exactly on time. I would have no hesitations on recommending them to others.

Everything I would expect from a company who service quality European cars. They know their stuff and do everything to make sure that the customer understands what they are saying and are happy with the service and the outcome. I just wish I had known about them sooner. Particular kudos for the mechanic who spent quite some time with me listening to a noise, to determine the cause. These people not only care about their customers, but also about their own work. While we can't shake hands in COVID, someone who speaks with integrity and looks me in the eye is someone I want to do business with.

Got excellent transmission service from the team at Anzac Auto - efficient, professional, and adding value by giving tailored advice on how to better take care of my Volvo, and further advice on how far till the brakes need to be replaced.

I've taken my cars to Anzac Auto for at least 10 years. They always do a great job, very friendly and professional. They're great at explaining what's going on if there are problems, and I trust that they are always honest and upfront about what needs to be done. They generally offer options in terms of parts etc. (ie. original vs after-market) so ultimately I can choose how much I want to spend. Great service.

I needed some work done on my Saab I brought to New Zealand to make it compliant. There was a short time frame for this work. Anzac Automotive were helpful, professional and polite from the outset. Their service included towing, locating rare parts and implementing complex mechanical procedures. Their “can do” attitude put my mind at rest. Eventually Anzac finalised the work in time with real quality, and with a good price. My car is registered and running very nicely. I recommend the crew at Anzac Automotive to anyone needing a professional and quality automotive service.

These guys are great! Very accommodating and consistent. Communication is A+ from start to finish. I like that generally you talk through one person. Definitely recommended.

The team is excellent and diagnosed my car right the first time, where other places failed. The team is extremely knowledgeable and competent and gives honest advise. Been Working with Ash & his team for a long time and its the best service i have ever received. Took my Kia in for a service & brakes. Got a nice courtesy car, got my car back within the day and when i got back in my car there was lollies in it! HIGHLY reccomend this place. My vehicle was making a terrible sound and I was concerned about driving it safety-wise. I rang Anzac Automotive, told them what was going on and they invited me to come down and they would take a look to allay any concerns -- for free! After an initial drive around, they gave me a bit of advice and then we booked in the vehicle for a proper investigation the following week. The fact that they took time out of their busy day to just take a look for me was greatly appreciated.

I was so impressed by the slick service from start to finish. My car was booked in quickly, resolved, fixed - each component was photographed and itemised so you're not left wondering what the mechanic is talking about. It's amazing to have an experienced person like Scott client-facing - a lot of places instead hire someone who is more of an administrator. Well done team, will highly recommend to people.

Scott and his team did a quotation on my vehicle first as my engine lost power and running rough. New spark plugs were fitted and coil replaced plus a vehicle report card for my attention. Job well done. Thanks Scott and your team.

I had an intermittent problem with my car - the dealership wanted to replace my ECU for $3500+GST as a ‘best guess’. These guys found the real problem [BTW – not the ECU] and fixed it for one tenth the cost. Very impressed with their knowledge, experience, and customer service. The WOF check was great. The guys were very understanding they also advised my pads didn't need changing and they were only half warn. My last WOF from Pitstop Albany suggested that my break pads needed a change ASAP. This obviously makes it very hard to trust mechanics these days. So thanks Bosch for your honesty.
