The guys at Burger's have looked after my Q5 since 2019 when I changed from Continental. The car runs like a dream with Burgers looking after it – noticeably better than it did before. If you have a European car I would definitely take it to Burger's for servicing, they're masters

We had the timing belt changed here on our Amarok. From start to finish a very profesional service. Great communication from quotation to hand over, the mechanic who did the job took the time out to explain what he had done. On my experience here I have no problem recomending Jamie and his team, first class!

Always experience fantastic service from Jamie and the team. High quality work at very good prices including the deal he got me on new tires. You know you have professionals working on your vehicle. Can't recommend them enough!

Jamie and his team are the best! What more can one say? Jamie knows his stuff and more importantly takes the time to explain the issues and the recommended fixes. Absolutely honest and in one case also recommended that I take my car with a transmission issue, directly to a specialist, without 'clipping' the ticket. Thank you Jamie for a great job every time. Been already twice, 2nd year I services my beloved BMW there, Good servicing, honest, timely and no problems. Pricing is good as well. No major issues, would recommend for every bmw lover. Keep uo the good work guys.

I always loved European cars but the high maintenance costs almost made me give up on them, however the guys at Burger Motor Works really helped me be able to keep my Audi. I have nothing but good things to say about Burger and his team. They have never let me down and they are very fair with the amount they charge and I never had a nasty surprise when it came time to pay for the work done in my car. But the best thing about Burger M.W. is that they are always willing to take the extra step and to what is best for the car and the customer. I am really grateful for everything that these guys done for me and I look forward taking my car to service with them every time!

Jamie, Cody and the boys from Burgers were amazing. I was just going to book my car in, but they interpreted my "blonde", took it for a drive and said they would fix it while I wait now. I am passionate about my aging Audi TT, so when I was driving it home, it was obvious they have fixed all the clitches I tried to describe. So happy and would highly recommend their service centre.

I've been seeing Burger and his team for my BMW repairs for a number of years now. Having an older BMW comes with it's worries, but Burger and team were able to get my car running like new. I had it for 14 years. He has to be one of most experienced BMW mechanics in the county with a team of European automotive experts, including Jamie, who is now running the company. They have recently helped me revive an 1999 e46, which needs some serious work. Now driving like a dream. They always go above and beyond for their customers and you certainly feel confident you're being looked after and informed of the best ways forward. Highly recommended.

I had some problem with my car which is Mercedes Benz model. Because the engine did not start properly so I brought my car difficultly to Burger Motors which is located in 197 Archers Rd, Glenfield. Staffs were really friendly and customer service was excellent. They were very professional at all kind of European cars, and they found and fixed the problem. I highly recommend you guys to visit their workshop if you already has an European car and have any mechanical or any other issues. They will figure out. I will visit their shop again.

I would unreservedly recommend Burger's to anyone in the Auckland region with a BMW that needs servicing and maintenance: the service is first class. Over the years living in NZ, Australia and UK I've used my fair share of dealers and independent specialists: Burger's Motor Works is without doubt the BEST garage I have ever dealt with and managed to fix a tricky problem that had left my car close to unusable (a solution to which had evaded a number of other garages). Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

I went to Burger's Motors today to diagnose my BMW 325i. What a great and knowledgeable guy he is (I think the Manager) . He drove my car for 10 sec and came up with the conclusion and told me what problem my car is having .I can tell that he has vast knowledge of cars and experience. I left the shop with a smile on my face. Definitely recommend to go Burger's motor if your car is having any problem. Thanks Varun

I went to Burger for a second opinion when my previous mechanic told me he'd have to pull my whole engine apart to find the source of a suspicious "popping" noise. It was going to cost me over $1000 to investigate. Burger immediately recognised the sound, which was caused by air going through a tiny hole in the car's bodywork immediately behind the engine. He simply filled the hole with some kind of filler which immediately fixed the problem. There was no charge for this! Needless to say, I've been taking my cars to him ever since. He knows what he's doing! I totally recommend him.

Best European car mechanic in Auckland. there service and knowledge is amazing. And friendly staff. So they are always busy. You must booking before go there.

Fantastic service and very knowledgeable regarding euros but especially BMWs. I truely believe taking your BMW to these specialists saves you money as they diagnose problems lightning fast and fix issues with little trouble or fuss.

You can trust these guys not to rip you off! Good service, they don't charge you a bunch of extras and Burger knows his stuff! This place will be my go-to from now on.
