Eastern Auto was recommended to me. I was not disappointed. They provided a professional and friendly service. The garage and reception were open at 8.00 am ready for business when I dropped off the car for a full service. Advised car was ready to collect before noon. Price was more competitive than the international car dealership I used last year. No unnecessary work. Just indication of work that may need looking into at my next service.

I popped Into Eastern automotive when my Ranger developer a loud whining sound from the engine bay, my regular workshop couldn't figure it out so I was a bit worried, within an hour of dropping the Ute off I had a phone call saying problem found and was given a few options on moving forward which I thought was great! An hour later the Ute was fixed and ready for pickup. Awesome staff to deal with, very friendly and professional. I feel I can trust the team at Eastern so will definitely be using them in the future.

hey everyone i had the best experince you could have at eastern automotive i took my super charged maloo to be put on machine to get checked and there was a problem because i was from whangarei i thought how was getting back whangarei i asked where is closest rental car company and the lovely staff said you use there coutesy car i blown away all i have to say this is the best service i ever had in my life they dont open saturday but they even open for me on saturday morning and the team at eastern automotive should be proud of them selves and once again you are the best thanks again springy at specialty glass !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been taking my car to Eastern Automotive for 16 years. My cars have always been second hand. Eastern Automotive did the pre purchase check and not once in the 16 years have I ever been let down. My cars have never skipped a beat. Totally reliable service. An alert to any work pending in the future. They've been a one stop shop organising tire changes, anything to do with the vehicle on or off site they've organised. I've always driven away feeling totally confident that I'm well set up until the next service. I've now moved to Raglan but I confess I'm very concerned about finding anyone that's going to give me the same sense of security. Help! It looks like I'll be facing early morning Auckland Traffic! Meanwhile, thanks Mike, and thanks Paul.
