Came in a few weeks ago to get my car serviced for my failed WOF. They were readily available, had great value for the service, and finished servicing my car in less than 48 hours. Highly recommended!

Have come for last minute repairs and they are always accommodated. Paul and his team ensure it's done quickly and to a great standard. Prices are always affordable. Will definitely go back and spread the word!

Hi Paul & Team, No more loud noise coming from under the car bonnet. Great job finding the fault. Car always returned in a clean condition and their workshop is also very clean. Highly recommend Epsom Automotive.

These guys are great and do not waste time. Rings daily for updates and prior to making repairs, more than what I could ask for. Excellent service, reasonable prices and flexible. (Had an auto-electrical fault on my Audi A3 2009). Would highly recommend and will be coming back. Thanks Paul.

Well all I can say is that all the good ratings and comments here are all true! Paul is fantastic! Very efficient and was able to inform me as a client what they need to change plus the price that I need to pay which I think very beneficial for a customer. The team at Epsom Automotive are thorough, professional and knowledgeable. They will always let you know the quote before going ahead with work, they provide loan cars and are always happy to explain simply what needs to be done. They have always been extremely helpful and flexible especially when we’ve left our WOF until the last minute!! We can’t recommend the team highly enough.

I Have been taking my cars to Paul and the team at Epsom Motors for the last 5 or 6 years. They are a very clean operation, who stick by their pledge "to call before we fix" and they have also provided some invaluable advice over the years in terms of car maintenance and safety. I would highly recommend you use these guys to look after your cars, whether it be work vehicles or family run abouts.

First impressions really last - I was recommended to this garage by the AA chap who came to my call-out and I was really impressed with the service there. Friendly and informative guys, communication is constant and frequent, offered and lent me a courtesy car which was hugely appreciated and made life a lot easier, flexible and fair. From a female's point of view, it can be really hard to find a mechanic/garage that you get a sense of real professionalism, trust and integrity from. I felt I was being well advised and well looked after here. I will absolutely be returning, and will be switching my regular service/WOF requirements to these guys. Got a long overdue W.O.F. Good COVID systems happy result

I was referred to Epsom Automotive by a work colleague and they have done two jobs on my car - cam belt and water pump replacement and then sorted out what turned out to be an intermittent electrical problem which I have tried to have fixed by other garages for the past two years. I was extremely grateful that they fitted me in at the last minute before a long weekend - and that I then managed to get over to Tauranga and back no problems. Good call on working out what the problem was - Good communication on what work needed to be done - their recommendations - and cost of job - in advance.

I was referred by a friend who has always been happy with the work done. I had a long list of issues which were dealt with promptly. They kept the car overnight because of parts needed but let me know before lunch so that I could make arrangements to be car-less. It was ready before lunch the following day. So easy and stress free, Thank you!

I am so glad I went to Epsom Automotive. The service was excellent!. I was given a variety of options by Rett to choose from. Each was professionally and in lay mans term well explained. I have serviced in many places in Auckland and Tauranga but this place is my regular now. Already been there 3 or 4 times.I have now moved out of Epsom to west but still go here for my servicing. I can feel the good work as soon as I start my engine. Thanks guys

I took my car to Epsom Automotive with a failed WOF due to brake imbalance. When I arrived to pick the car up again, the brakes were sorted and the WOF renewed - brilliant service. And the price was very reasonable.
