Super great team, took my car in for a dsg tune and they realised that the mechatronics unit had oil leaking through it, they ordered a second hand one tuned and installed it for me within 2 days at a great price. Joe was excellent and I can't speak highly enough of the team.

By far the best place to go in New Zealand if you have a euro! Had a corrupt ECU and they are the only place I found in Auckland that was able to fix it, other tuners, mechanics and BMW dealerships had told me the only solution was to replace my ECU, EuroSurgeon fixed the ECU and gave me an awesome stage 2 tune all in the same day!

11/10, services at "Euro Surgeon" always goes above and beyond in helping their customers. Great pricing and fair to any situation that arises for all car maintenance and repair. Thankful for the team at Euro Surgeon always being so helpful and informative. Went in for an exhaust and a tune and couldn't have come out happier, job was done in less than 6 hours and I spent the whole ride home with a smile ear to ear. Very professional team and couldn't be happier with the end result.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Did a great tune on my 2017 BMW 330i Touring and got a result for a car that comes stock at aprox 250hp at the crank to around 330hp! They did extra runs on the dyno for me with no extra charge and made me feel at home. If you’re looking for a performance ECU tune or anything above and want to go crazy, this is the workshop for you! Joe and the team are extremely knowledgeable as well as professional and are a pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys!

I've had multiple dealings with the guys at EuroSurgeon. The Service Centre looked after me with my last car, and my current vehicle has had the full tuning treatment from their Performance Centre. Unparalleled knowledge from these guys when they talk about Euro cars, and they make you feel completely looked after and part of the family.

Thanks to Richard and the boys at ESP for sorting my Amarok with a real Stage 2 tune! Goes and sounds like it should. Pleasure to deal with, needed to keep it overnight so sorted me out with a loan car on the spot. 5 stars, proper good crowd.

Ryan and his team were on point and sorted out my Merc and the Japanese Navigation system. Improved the performance of the vehicle and got my car going from the Ad Blue issue. Highly recommended.

Did a stage 2 tuning, Richard did an amazing job. Highly recommended

Ryan sorted me out with a stage 1 tune for my CLA250 it was a simple, easy process and transparent all the way through. Awesome result from dyno tuning. The result was a car that was awake, with no flat spots and a subtle overrun sound in sports mode. Also figured out I had some bad plugs even though they looked new. Ryan knows customer service and is a wealth of knowledge and a tuning legend.

Absolutely amazing results on my ActiveHybrid 3 BMW from a tune by Ryan, took it from a sleeper to a monster while keeping it completely drivable as a daily, can't recommend EuroSurgeon Performance enough! * An update a month later: Car is still running beautifully, everything works as it should and there's power anywhere on the rev range. It's not only a lot faster than when I first got it (definitely puts a smile on my face everytime it springs to life) but it has retained it's reliability and is even better on gas when being sensible. Looking forward to carrying on my journey with this car knowing there's a top notch group of people making sure it stays trouble free.

Ryan remapped the engine and gearbox on my 2016 BMW 435d. Extremely impressed with the remap with impressive power and torque gains. Car is now extremely quick with the added benefit of improved economy when not being driven hard. He also did a pre-purchase inspection for me and was good enough to do a video call so I could have a look over the car for myself. Excellent service and very knowledgable. I was considering a UK supplier for the remap due to these cars being more popular there, but decided to go with Ryan.....I would recommend this if you are in a similar position. Thanks again Ryan.

I went into EuroSurgeon looking to stage 2 my 2008 MK5 GTI, and came out a very happy customer, the team there have made me fall in love with my car again. Will 100% return with my next car and every car I own. The experience was great, complimented by great service and just an all-round awesome place to be. The team really care about each customer and each car that comes through. As shown in my picture attached, the team put my car on the dyno to show the proven results from their products. Most tuning companies don't take the time to do this, but EuroSurgeon take it that further step. Upon dyno-ing we found that I wasn't making the boost that I should have been making, and ended up finding my diverter valve was destroyed (on my fault not theirs). If they had not dyno'd my car and gave it back not making proper boost I would have been none the wiser as my throttle response and noise from the downpipe were both better and louder, but they informed me of this and were quick to come up with the solution and get me making proper boost and power in no time as a proper tuning company should. EuroSurgeon have gained a customer for life and I highly recommend choosing them for all tuning needs. 10/10

ESP serviced my car earlier this year and the experience could have not been better. I have dealt with a few euro experts including local VW dealers and none of them could match the service that I have received from ESP. I’ve got a full service , brake pads changed and a stage 1 tune up and my car felt like brand new again they also gave me a loan car to use and dropped the car off when they have finished with it. Thanks again ESP for such an awesome job

When you own a euro you cant take it to just any old mechanic. They also do afterpay which makes it so much easier Will be only using Eurosurgeon from now on.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND EUROSURGEON ONEHUNGA...Dealt with Ryan, who went out of his way to help me out considering it was the end of the day and start to the Easter break, he could've easily booked me in, (that's what I was there for), but instead, did a job, and did it promptly.Thank you ever so much. These guy's replaced a reverse camera I supplied on my Audi Q7 and refused to charge me!! (not a 10min job either) I am super stoked that they were willing to help me out without trying to make $$ out of me. If you ask me, that's exceptional service!!! I am glad I looked beyond the negative reviews, which personally, I find hard to believe are at all genuine. Because of their great service, have now found myself a new mechanic.Still in awe that Ryan did such a kind thing..Will be back again to your clean, tidy and modern workshop. September 2020 Update. These guys have now done my fourth car (Audi Q7 V12). Again total magicians. Well priced, done within time adn exceeded their predictions. Went from 1000Nm to a whopping 1350Nm. I have had these guys do stuff on three different cars over the last three and half years. On every occasion I have been a very happy customer. They are friendly, competent and fairly priced - and also passionate about speed!

These guys are top notch! I have a 335D and they basically brought out the inner demon in my engine. This thing is a HOG now. Ask for Ryan. Quick service Reasonable pricing Honest, friendly guys Very Knowledgeable Would 110% recommend to anyone looking to have engine work done.

BMW torque enthusiasts, you must visit the leftfield duo Ryan & Joe. I have a BMW 330D E series, and let's just say that the 330 became a 550 after their magical enchantment. Unbelievable performance achieved which has put an enormous smile on my face. Highly recommend their service to everybody.

My friend and I got his BMW ECU tuned and were taken through the whole process of how it works and what it gets us in return. We spoke to Joe and Ryan and they were open to the simplest of questions and and did not pressure us into buying anything and just were helpful with advice.

Great people at Eurosurgeon! I drove up from Wellington to Auckland and found a boost leak in my 335i caused by split vaccum lines, the people sorted out the problem quickly in order to get me back on the road asap so I could drive back to Welly. Great tips on future modifications as well!

I was offerd numerous Tuning packages by many tuners on my mk5 GTI but where i come from tuningbis done on a Dyno with proof of what power your car makes. EuroSurgeon did not onlyndo a stellar tune but also done my cambelt , carbon cleaning and TCU tune. In the end my car made a little less power than what stage 2 plus KO4 GTI's made . Best bit is the new owner still runs it hard and has been reliable for the last year.

Perfect. Took my Discovery in with intermittent nav system fault and Ryan fixed it within a few seconds of reconnecting cables. He succeeded where the LR dealer failed and refused to take any payment for his help. Will be sure to bring my car(s) back there next time.

These are real CAR GUYS! Took my Merc AMG CLA45 for a full service and Trans service at the Penrose location and was hugely impressed by the extra mile that Bradley went to save me $$ on the trans service and he didn't disappoint and saved me hundreds on genuine kit. If you have a Euro car and want your baby looked after without the sting of the dealer service charges - then these guys are a must! Highly reccomend

Had some issues with with a few things that didn't go quite well. I was personally contact by Joe who is the owner. Joe made sure that all my concerns were taken care of, especially all the things that went wrong. He even offered to deal with him directly should I decide to use EuroSurgeon in the future. Wanted to have a Bluetooth Connect for my E65 BMW, no one was able to guide me, some advised wrong devices, Euro Surgeon installed a MoBridge Connect and I am possibly one of the few in Auckland that has one working properly. Ryan today re registered a new battery that I bought at half the price of what BM Workshop Botany offered at $650 and I bought for $304 elsewhere. I offered him money which he refused to accept for the scan. Extremely knowledgeable bunch of guys that I will strongly recommend for European vehicles, guys who are not thugs. Soumi.

Booked into Eurosurgeons as having trouble with my heads up display. Within a minute they diagnosed the problem and within ten minutes had fixed it. Free of charge. Service doesn’t get better than that!
