N.Mac's Auto Clinic is a fantastic business worth checking out for any whom are interested, the customer service provided was amazing in fact going out of their way to make the customer happy. I've been there several times, most recently to get some repairs on my car done for my WOF. I had an issue with a seatbelt that wouldn't retract fast, I came to Mac's Auto Clinic for a second opinion after I had been quoted $450 for a new seatbelt. As someone who isn't exactly knowledgeable about cars I would've likely paid the amount but Mac's Auto Clinic offered to lubricate the seatbelt which they did and it now retracts normally again and saved me a minimum of $400 easily. This experience alone having seen I wasn't exactly knowledgeable and would've likely accepted a repair I didn't need and instead informing me of a significantly cheaper option solidified my opinion of this business. Mac's Auto Clinic and Tyre Services are both trust worthy and offer an incredible and affordable service to those who may read this post. If you're in need of a WOF or any other repairs I highly recommend giving these guys a shot, they will not disappoint.

J.Visited here a year ago. Car failed a WOF on a worn suspension bushing. But suspected the fault was not true. Took it to VTNZ and got the senior inspector to check the fault and his colleagues couldn't see any issues with the fault raised. So took it back and complained and they just passed it. So little unsure what there were trying to pull. On another occasion my car came back with a scratch on left hand door and marks around the engine bay where they had been working. Very friendly service from the owner/manager. But overall disappointed with the service on a couple of occasions so stopped coming here.

A.Macs auto is in my experience the best auto workshop especially for professionalism and value, and the receptionist Anu is great!. Been bringing my car for years to Macs auto, brought my car in for a WOF yesterday and was done within 20mins.
Along with some advise that my brake pads needed to be changed sometime in the near future as they were showing signs of wear.

Quality workmanship, great service, honest and great value for money, not an easy combination to find these days. Have dealt with many large dealerships through the years, and to be honest while all have been generally good, not one from my experience has been better than Mac's. A.SUPERB EXPERIENCE ♡♡♡♡♡ with Kishor and team. Needed to get cambelt and water pump replaced for my pride and joy. The lady at the reception got me the quote within the day which was more affordable compared to three other outfits I checked with. They gave me a Suzuki Swift to drive around while my car got repaired and kept me informed. I picked up the car the next day ... no hassles... just quick, friendly and affordable... highly recommend these guys... PS.. Kishor I forgot the name of the lady upfront but she's a keeper...great service and lovely personality! Keep up the great work!!!

The owner and staff have been nothing short of professional and friendly with fair prices to match the work.

B.I took my car here for a WOF before I bought it. I paid to have a wheel alignment done before I had ever driven it, it still pulled to the right. We took it back twice. They didn't charge us, but it was never fixed.
