P.I just needed a few bits and pieces for a project at home, so I wondered up. Spoke to a guy out the back and he sold me what I needed at a reasonable price. Bent some pipe for me to my specs, right there and then. Easy as, an old fashioned workshop with guys who know what they are doing.

B.I called Midas Henderson early Wednesday morning desperate to book in a same day pre-purchase inspection for a car I was interested in buying. They managed to squeeze me in at 1pm. Even before I booked in - Mike Senior gave me some great advise over the phone when I was discussing between two separate cars I was looking at . Mike Junior did a great job inspecting the car and showing me exactly what was wrong with it or what needed fixing if I were to buy it. I got some great advise and walked away completely confident in what the car was worth, the risk and what to offer. I really appreciate the attentive service that the whole team gave me (there was another guy who did the fix quote) who was also genuine and as helpful as you could ask for. Thanks a lot :)

C.I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike in the Henderson branch. I called about a battery that kept dying and he said to pop down and he would test it. He found it was the alternator and said to leave it with him for the day. By lunch time it was all done fixed brand new with a 2 year warranty. Mike even stayed after store closing hours so I could come and collect my vehicle. Fantastic man, fantastic franchise. Will be going in the near future to get my belts done. Highly recommend.
R.I read reviews as I shopped around for helpfulness, friendliness, cost and location. Midas met the ‘bill’ They genuine people and I felt comfortable as a female leaving my pride and joy In their care. I did have to go back to twig a few minor things but they didn’t hesitate to help and I’m talking about the Henderson Midas.

S.As a new customer to Midas I was a bit sceptical regarding the quality of work. Upon receiving the vehicle and now having driven it a fair distance, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship and I would recommend the Henderson branch to others requiring invasive mechanical repair. Furthermore the price was very competitive for the work carried out. I doubt the OEM could have done a more quality job.
S.I think one of the reasons around the best experience in getting your car serviced is when you get to meet honest and knowledgeable folks without having to spend extra bucks for something that is not even there :)..That's what made me go to Midas Henderson this time, definitely thumbs up for the Mike and team at the Henderson branch, got the Platinum service and free advice at the end, cars smooth as scotch. No Surprises and blah blah costs which removes the doubt and makes Midas my go to place for future as well.

r.If it was possible to give 6 stars I would . Wife drove down to auckland in our Landcruiser and completely lost brakes Midas arrived gave her a courtesy car and took the wagon away .Unfortunately something that only Toyota could fix so organised for it to go there at no costs. T.Just really don't no y in my brake pad replacement and Rotar Skim on a little Mitsubishi Colt on my daughters car on the invoice there is a charge, $15 for Freight and $15 Sundries I mean come on this is just absolute $&$&$&$& the pads cost Midas like $10, I'm not in any way getting at the Staff or the Good Job done on a Very Important part of a Motor Car but the these charges are unfair but quite typical in NZ as I said this is obviously not in any reflection on the staff at Midas Henderson but these charges are Totally Unfair

S.Way overpriced compared to other car services. Garage is in very bad condition. Roof above the couch in customer area is falling apart.

r.Some garages change parts what don't need to, for over charge. Especially anyone who don't know mechanical things. But they fix and charge what need to. If you don't know about car things, just go there.
