N.Good quality cars, but not sure about customer service. The sales agent went on to make and receive casual phone calls while talking to us and showing us the car we were interested in. I wanted to take it for a test drive but decided not to due to their lack of professionalism

D.Polite and clear communication, with realistic prices. You do need to book in advance, which is absolutely sensible. Had my car serviced and WOF tested yesterday and it wasn't a hassle at all.

i.The waiting room is nice to be in, a reasonably quiet atmosphere which I like as I cannot stand a lot of noise these days and they supply Free WiFi also which is great especially if you've run out of data on your phone and a water dispenser is at hand when you're getting on the thirsty side
