T.Recently took my car here for Service - Great Team and the front of house Ricky is great to deal with! They gave me a courtesy car for the day due to my busy work schedule. D.My Porsche 944 needed repair as the automatic transmission had worn out. My mechanic sent me to Newmarket Auto repair for the specialist work and to test on computers initially. Ricky was great he sorced the parts, fixed and tested, and wow it drives great - humming through gears like a Porsche should. We understand your frustrations however in some cases a vehicle fault and repair can take longer than expected – dependent on the concern and what is required to remedy it. Such was the case for your vehicle. The cost of repair will only reflect the time spent and the parts required.
I understand that we may have not been in constant communication – however we tried to update you as much as possible.
As for your remark about the loan vehicle, we try to accommodate our customer as best as possible.
Mr Toyama, the vehicle pictured, is a customer’s vehicle which is here for work and is being kept under cover. This does not in any way reflect our business however is can be very detrimental based on assumption. The owner of this vehicle has kindly asked if you could remove that photo of his car, as he would not put a photo up of your personal belonging.
