M.From the moment I contacted orewa car services they were so helpful and supportive. They fitted me in with very short notice for a vehicle inspection and were extremely efficient and upfront with problems my vehicle needed addressing. I decided I would do the repairs with them and was a little hesitant being a woman on my own but felt comfortable talking with the staff and decided to book it in. I'm so very glad I did as they were so supportive, I felt very anxious as was suffering high anxiety that day and I had to go to work in a very stressful environment at that time and needed a vehicle so they gave me a courtesy car which they told me a fee to which I agreed. Due to finishing work later than when the workshop closed they trusted me to have the courtesy car overnight and bring it in the next morning. I expected an old car to have to get to work in, but got a very nice car to drive. They told me if anything came up not on the inspection notice they would call and not go ahead without my agreement. I can say that this company were fantastic and I felt very cared for. When I returned the courtesy car the next morning, the bill was as quoted, no surprises but what was unexpected was they did not charge me for the courtesy car and this was a lovely surprise and blessing. For me I really appreciated feeling supported and cared about it meant a lot. I have told friends and family that they should go here. They do not add on extras and we're very honest in their appraisal something as a woman customer I am extremely grateful for. To all the staff I had contact with, thank you for your kindness, I am truly grateful.

F.Great Caring Service! I had my car serviced and checked by Orewa Car Services. 2 months later my car surprisingly failed a WOF at another garage that would involve expensive repairs. Orewa Car Services welcomed my request for a second opinion on this and they checked and showed me that the failed items in their view were insufficient for a WOF failure. They issued me a WOF to resolve the matter free of charge. They went the extra mile to look after me in my situation. I recommend them very highly!

A.Great Service in terms of Promptness & i feel honestly with what needs fixing, as warned on prior visit it would be due next time! However the main reception lady (poss owner as ive seen her drive the company ute), needs to work on Customer Service and Mannerism!

W.We needed to identify and fix an oil leak in the engine of my son’s vehicle. Jason and his team first cleaned the engine so that the source of the leak could be identified and then after a few days driving were able to source and fix the problem. R.Had great service was in a position where I'd purchased a vehicle and it broke down outside My house in moenui pl I new it wasn't a big deal but my mechanic (300 mts away ) said I'd have to get a tow , these guys came round within an hour had it mobile within minutes and drove it to the workshop, the mechanic then made a part that was needed been all good ever since, wasn't expensive. J.Booked my Mitsi Lancer in for essential service and I advised them on arrival for my service that the battery may need to be replaced due to harder starting. The service was completed and battery tested, test report attached to service sheet. The original battery, 9 years old, had done its life and was replaced.

J.In March 2019, I had occasion to use Orewa Car services at 192 Centreway Road, Orewa for the first time, with me being new to the area. I would like to say a big thanks to Trish and her team. The service was prompt and friendly, getting me back on the road super quick. The young men they employ there are a great advertisement for their firm. Upon getting a courtesy ride back to the garage I happened to remark to 'Cruz' the young employee how an inconsiderate driver had scratched my car recently. His immediate response was to tell me the garage had a great product that could minimise the scratches. Even though he was finishing work for the day he took time to work on these scratches. My car had also been washed, a job I never get around to. This is obviously a place where people are happy and pleasant, provide a great learning environment for young mechanics and a great work ethic. Congratulations. thank you.
